According to a new study by The Jewish People Policy Institute, more secular Israeli Jews are identifying with the Bible and their faith since the massacre. That is the case for Orly Gilboa, the mother of Daniella Gilboa, an Israeli soldier taken hostage by Hamas the day of the massacre from the Nahal Oz military base near the border with Gaza.
Orly shares that praying to God and participating in ancient Jewish traditions has given her strength in a time of unknowns, and that she was not religious at all before Danielle was kidnapped.
