If you observe the supply chain outstanding payment terms for EV suppliers to the likes of BYD - it is now extending beyond to 270 days - larger suppliers have severe Balance sheet stress with small suppliers going bankrupt
The components battery supply chain is slowly being eviscerated because of the lack of support from the government which is still fostering predatory mercantile business practices

Another suggestion sir, if I may take the liberty is a ‘China Study Group’ maybe in a blog form where primarily you and listeners interested in China can post articles/information/links on China, that they come across. Would be a participative forum and over time develop into an archive of China related data/information. I believe in Knowledge Management and hence these suggestions.

Output for Jan24-Apr24 at 343.7 million tons, down 3% (compared to 2023)
India’s output rose 8.5% (Year and Year) to 49.5 million tons year on year

Sir, India is protected from inflation because instead of printing and distributing currency among it's population as Raghuram Rajan and all of other Harward economists advised and USA and Europe followed, India has pumped the same amount into infrastructure creation and fed the poor,80 crores, with basic sustenance. CHAIWALA is better economist than Harward and Stanford and all others put together. Their Noble Prizes are useless.
