Dirt Cheap Kawasaki Exhaust for Ninja 1000 Z1000 Z1000SX

My brother got a 2010 Kawasaki Z1000, but the stock exhaust was just too quiet. So, instead of paying 600 dollars and keeping the stock bread box, we cobbled together a "full" custom exhaust that deletes the factory bread box, and keeps the dual exhaust. Now my recommendation is to just delete the stock mufflers, and run the stock bread box if you just want noise, but if you want the better looks, with a more refined tone to your exhaust note, this is the cheapest way to do it!
So I won't be able to post links to the parts, because the links are constantly changing. BUT, I will list what you need to search for and the parts you need.
The Y pipe we used will be called a midpipe. Ours was ~$35

And finally your choice of 2 51mm universal motorcycle mufflers. I would suggest searching for a carbon fiber ones, as the results that will appear are going to be the good looking knock offs, even the ones that aren't carbon fiber. The 2 he bought were $30 each. I like the Project SC clones with the large mouth opening. They have a real deep tone, and I think they look fantastic.
