i have the recto verso in ebene and loooove it! there’s also a small flat pocket in the space between the zipper section and the button compartment that i use for receipts. the zipper also goes all the way down the right side so the gusset can expand a bit more.

I saw that the LV Valentine's Day releases are up on the website and decided to go with the pink vernis zippy coin purse. I don't see much videos talking about the wear and tear on vernis leather (only about 2). I would love to watch a video on your take on the LV Vernis leather. I can carry it crossbody or remove the chain and carry it in my Neverfull bag. I love it! Before buying my Felicie, I purchased the Zippy Coin Purse, but ended up returning it. It is a cute, compact wallet that can carry quite a bit for its size, but it just wasn't for me. Thanks for the info!

Im torn in between the zippy wallet and the victorine. I like that the victorine is a little more compact but im worried about the place on the wallet where you would grab near the button to open it, wearing down over time and getting "bendy". Have you noticed this issue?

Love the zippy. I have the zippy in black epi leather and it's about 8 or 9 years old. It is very sturdy. I get compliments all the time. It is a beautiful wallet at a great value and a true work horse.

Yes they are In length. Sarah is more durable and has more card slots
I would love to see "bag in a bag" options. I use a tote for work and am having a hard time trying to find the best option for something small to carry around outside of the tote. I can't decide between a pochette and a pouch and then do I fill it either with SLGs? So many great choices!
tbh you’ll be better off searching for a pouch unless you’re fine with spending months to over a year looking for a mini pochette or the pochette accessoires. LV has the cosmetic pouch in two sizes, and the felicie is small enough to were you could remove the chain strap and use it like a wallet/pouch.
A camera bag would be a good choice due to its shape for a bag within a bag. That’s what I use, pouches worn as bags don’t tend to look right.
Again, years later and I’m still using this as resource on what to purchase from LV.
Tomorrow, I’ll be getting the Sarah Wallet in reverse monogram.

What makes the canvas of the wallets more durable....then say the Pochette Matis? I would think a wallet gets way more wear and Tare then the flap of the bag. Is it a different canvas? Like why does the canvas crack on Matis....but not a never full?

Hi, my key cles has been my most used LV piece EVER. I have many SLG's, but my cles (with my car FOB hanging on the outside) is by far my most compact and practical wallet, above all of my other luxury SLG's. Go figure.
I agree! I have the Sarah, the zippy, two zippy coin purses, two Porte Tresor International wallets and have used my 6 ring key holder for two years. So I bought a second Mulberry French purse this week (my first one is from 2011) and I’m now using her. She’s smaller than the Sarah but carries just as much and fits nicely inside my Speedy 25.

Hey! Thanks for watching. I don’t love the vavin in emp and it use to be one of my fave bags to sell. It will soften with time but I think that’s okay. I use to have the at germain which is really the same bag. It softened but was still beautiful
@@maisonmalli I like when bags soften, I just not like when they’re meant to be more structured like that one and by softening they loose their shape over time. Does the Vavin Empreinte tend to do that.

Love my victorine wallet in epi noir. I have been lusting over the Sarah wallet, but I had to replace my victorine’s snap recently so now I think the zippy might be a better choice. I kinda want the recto verso in DE, but it has that leather button….
My victorine snap lost one of the little metal bars inside the female part and it wouldn’t stay closed. The wallet is almost 4 years old. They repaired it free of charge and it took a little over a month to get it back. Should I be wary of snaps or is that just a fluke in your opinion?

I have the Sarah and the zippy but I think you should think about the price of the zip repair vs the stud repair and the glazing repair costs. That would definitely help you make your decision. I hope that helps x

I just got a Vavin WOC in canvas and has a bit dilemma should I exchange for the leather version. I do like the look of canvas because I usually dress a bit more casual in general. Would you suggest me getting the leather version because it’s more durable?
I overall just love leather. You can totally dress it up or down and not everyone and their mom has it. But it’s totally up to you and your preference

When I was there, they had only the other leather model where it’s folded in the middle so it’s really more like a wallet than a bag. But, oh I fell in love with the Vavin in canvas. It’s so cute and maybe match my personality more. I’m just worried of the durability of the canvas over the leather. Thank you for your reply!

I have the zippy coin and the Sara wallet. Love love them. I’ve had my Sara wallet for at least 15 years and it’s still in great condition. I would love to add the recto verso one day. Question I have the round coin purse and the zipper part has come apart from the canvas 😩😩 since this piece is now discontinued will LV still repair it?
