How is the bill compartment in the Clea? Is it easy to get bills in and out like the Victorine?

I really like LV mini wallets. True, they are very pricey but they are so practical and last for ages. My current favourite is the Zoe. I have been using that one every day since it first came out. Before that I used the Helene for many years. I have finally decided to sell that one. It’s very practical but the Zoe is so much prettier. I do love the colour of your blue one.
It would have been nice to see what fits and how well it fits in the wallet. The bill compartment on the Clea looks short I watched to see if it was. 🤷🏼♀️
I LOVE a small wallet!! I usually just use the snap or zip style of Chanel card cases for my wallet- easy peasy! I both styles, the new one really packs a punch for the size! I’d love it in the Turtledove for sure!😍
I have done that, as well with my Chanel card case! Yes, I think the Clea in Turtledove would be more "me"!

Love your videos so much! 🥰The Victorine wallet is so classic, love it in all prints and leathers. I may be the only person in the world that doesn’t love the new blue metallic leather though. The style of the Clea looks super good! Thank you Jennifer! ♥️
Well, I can't seem to warm up to the blue metallic leather, either... and I really tried! Love the style of the Clea though, too! 😊
I’m not a fan of the blue metallic either. I like the black leather much more.
Both are gorgeous. I like the size of the Victorine and I like the zipper portion of the Clea. I love the color of the Clea too but I can see it being a little on the trendy side. If that is what you love then it’s perfect! But if not it’s definitely something to consider for long term. ☺️Thank you for the review! ❤️

Wonderful comparison Jennifer! Does the wallet snap open if you put too many cards and bills inside? I got the Victorine after your review and looked at the Clea also but wasn’t sure if the snap closure would pop open all the time which would drive me crazy😬
I thought I would never buy any small wallet. Now after purchasing a small leather wallet on clearance just because it was real leather and cheap I got it. I love it! 😍

It’s such a cute wallet but sadly I returned mine. I purchased when the style first launched - alas I am a Victorian or Rosalie gal. I don’t really use coins much and I wanted the zippered part for excess cards or ins info etc and found it was too small for that and didn’t need that much space for coins and so back it went.
That makes sense! You know what works for you and that's great!

I have the Victorine in empreinte which I prefer to the canvas. However I love the style of the Clea and wanted it to match my new Metis in the same colour. One problem. LV have annoyingly decided not to stock it in the UK in ANY of the empreinte colours! 😡Just Mahina. So if you ever decide to sell..........🙏

Hi Cathy. I do love the wallet design...it's just the color I'm not warming up to. I need to get my Sarah wallet out and use it again. I haven't used a "full sized" wallet in 100 years. I love the Clea blue color. I have the Victorine wallet and love it. I think I prefer a zippered wallet. I would love the zippy coin purse someday.
Hi Sandi. My all time favorite zippered wallets are both discontinued... The LV Zippy Compact (original, lay flat) and the LV Secret Compact wallet. I wish they would bring those back!!

I have a Louis Vuitton Wallet that’s very similar to mine except it has a pink button what I did was use a clear coat of nail polish and painted the button with that I’ve had mine for over two years and it hasn’t worn out or faded the color of the light pink button whatsoever just a helpful trick for anyone interested.

I am still not over the zippy compact wallet that lays flat. I use a Coach one and a Fossil one instead. I would consider a LV if they sold the zippy compact that lays open …

I like them both, but I love metallic and think the Clea is beautiful! Between the two I’d go for the Clea in the metallic if price wasn’t an object.

I have the Victorine wallet in classic monogram and black Empreinte leather. Love them both. Not feeling any of the blue metallic pieces.👎
Love turtle dove just have to Becareful with color transfer
I have not had a turtledove item in my bag for long enough to see if color transfer would be a problem...my white damier azur glasses case has absolutely no color transfer after many, many years. I was very surprised by that. But leather is different from canvas and that may be an issue. Good point!
