I think this was a very good video since you actually acted like someone on a selection panel looking for specific skills in a candidate so that they stand out from others. Your previous videos were like lectures (in a good sense) and this was like an actual examination of what your viewers understood from them.

This is a super insightful and practical video! One small question though--in each section, the task instructions say to write around 200 words, but I feel that if they added all the info you advised it'd be massively over length? In that case what you would advise to keep in?
