Should uninstall the MySQL.. because MySQL and Xampp work on same port.

Step 1: Open the command prompt and type "netstat -ano | findstr :3306" and press enter.
There will be a number at the rightmost side of the output. Copy that number.
Step 2: Open task manager. Paste the number on search bar. It will show you running tasks.
Right-click on 'mysqld' and then click on "End Task".
Step 3: Come back to XAMPP Control Panel and start mySql. It will run. It worked for me.
