2:45 is that all for the alarm? I was expecting it to have some kind of alarm every 30mins. since it counts your steps daily I was expecting it to have a reminder for everyone to move or stand up every 30 mins. damn... that was a let down there.

In case someone still needs to know. Set the hour and minutes and press the back button, but do not save and exit at this time. Wait for your phone's clock to hit :59, then select "Yes" to save the time. It feels like setting the time on a mechanical watch 😊.
