The moment where Loki realizes just what it is to be truly burdened with Great Purpose is nothing short of magnificent and heartbreaking. To be a real God, he has to become the Tree of Life and hold the Universe together. It makes me cry.

MCU fan for life! They had me since Avengers and really had me with Guardians of the Galaxy 1. Since then I have loved every movie and have spent countless hours re-watching them over and over! Captain america was an important one for me because I was bullied while reading a captain america comic in my grocery store and my dad came to rescue me and chase the bullies away! Through the highs and lows, I love just inhabiting this universe. The MCU has really accomplished something amazing, telling both interconnected and standalone stories about a wide, diverse variety of characters that somehow inhabit the same universe. It's been an absolute delight to see these stories & characters take shape and develop over the last 15+ years.
Saving this to my watch later so I can always come back to this. I've had so many memories of marvel movies from blade as kid when my dad first showed me to Deadpool and Wolverine with my homies as an adult. So much has changed but I've always been a fan for seeing these stories on screen. Thank you, Marvel. Thank you, 3000.

The Infinity Saga!!! the first 10 years was crazy. Favorite moments: The payoff with Avengers Assemble by Steve Rogers Captain America. Steve Rogers Captain America picking up Thor's Hammer. Peter Parker Spiderman's debut in Captain America: Civil War. T'Challa's Black Panther debut in Captain America: Civil War. Thor's arrival in Wakanda during Infinity with Groot and Rocket Raccoon and saying "Bring me Thanos." Thanos snapping his gauntlet wiping out half of life in the universe in Infinity War. Sam Wilson Falcon saying on your left payoff to Captian America: The Winter Soldier opening scene. Tony Stark saying "I am Iron Man" closing out his journey with Iron Man (2008) towards the end saying I am Iron Man by starting his journey. "I am Loki of Asgard and I'm burdened with Glorius Purpose."
I have this feeling that with F4 and Doomsday … Marvel is going to make a comeback ! Deadpool 3 was a good start but it wasn’t serious and was mostly a wink to all the stuff before.
Well, we'll see what James Gunn and Peter Safran's DCU will do once "Creature Commandos" hits streaming on Max in December 5th (which will set the tone for it and it's setting universe in there from what I heard before)

Thanks for all the memories. I wish they included more of those tiny but largely impactful conversation scenes. Like when Dr. Erksine first meets Steve and asks if he wants to kill Nazis, and Steve says "I don't want to kill anyone. I don't like bullies. I don't care where they're from". Or when he asks Steve to promise to always remain a good man, and then Steve later says to Sam "you're a good man". Or when Yinsen reveals to Stark that his family was dead the whole time and that he's going to see them, before telling Tony "Don't waste your life". Or when Thor realizes he has to destroy the bridge and possibly never see Jane again. THOSE are those moments that hit reactors in the feels, everytime. And those moments are what made the MCU more than just superheroes and costumes and flashy powers. It's the character moments. The banter. The humanity of the characters.

Well, we'll see what James Gunn and Peter Safran's DCU will do once "Creature Commandos" hits streaming on Max in December 5th (which will set the tone for it and it's setting universe in there from what I heard before)
So what does DC have to do with what we’re celebrating here
@@tamunopreyelaw6307 Well, Warner Bros. before the WB/Discovery merger once threw they're hat into the ring before with the DCEU as an excuse to start their own DC cinematic universe that did not exceed expectations and try and replicate the success of what "The Infinity Saga" started before in there way back then and there

Thanks for all the memories. I wish they included more of those tiny but largely impactful conversation scenes.
Like when Dr. Erksine first meets Steve and asks if he wants to kill Nazis, and Steve says "I don't want to kill anyone. I don't like bullies. I don't care where they're from". Or when he asks Steve to promise to always remain a good man, and then Steve later says to Sam "you're a good man".
Or when Yinsen reveals to Stark that his family was dead the whole time and that he's going to see them, before telling Tony "Don't waste your life".
Or when Thor realizes he has to destroy the bridge and possibly never see Jane again.
THOSE are those moments that hit reactors in the feels, everytime. And those moments are what made the MCU more than just superheroes and costumes and flashy powers. It's the character moments. The banter. The humanity of the characters.
