Eren was not the strongest Attack Titan, but the "last" Attack Titan. Being the last Attack Titan in the line, his use of the power to show past wielders his memories and talk to them is absolute, because he knows how it will all end. It's a self fulfilling prophecy kind of thing, because he knows how it will all end while being the reason why. The Attack Titan is the error in the matrix of their world. After splitting Ymir powers and the birth of the first Attack Titan, the end was destined.
I personally like to think that the attack titan did not originally have this power. It's such a random power and doesn't fit with the role of the attack titan. And how do you even think about it as you make it? "Ah yes, I want this titan's future wielders to be able to send memories to the current holder". Instead, my theory is that originally Eren got to the paths with just his dad's attack titan as a part of the euthanasia plan, because Zeke just wanted to save him for personal reasons. And there he managed to turn Ymir, having her give Eren's attack titan this ability. Just so he could manipulate events into the order where he has the founding titan, and can start the rumbling.
@@tylerperry5654this. When titan abilities started being revealed, I thought attacks was strength and Regen. He seeemed to Regen quickly in his first appearance and he seemed strong as hell. It doesn't help with the non canon berserk mode either
I don't think it was destined, especially when eren says he couldn't find a different end because of his own failure, which suggests that he could've avoided the rumbling if he wasn't selfishishly doing everything to keep his friends alive
I think Eren's goal as the Attack/Founder, specifically the Founder, echoed throughout time and caused the Attack Titan to always fight and move forward. He retroactively created the Attack Titan's resolve. This is further supported by Eren Krueger saying Mikasa and Armin's names before passing his titan to Grisha.
Yeah or it was just Eren manipulating the former wielders of the attack titan, to craft the sort of reality he needed. Perhaps he originally ended up in front of Ymir without a founding titan, during some attempt of Zeke's to save him. Perhaps he got Ymir to make the attack titan's weird ability to see future memories, so Eren could go back to the former wielders of the titan. By doing that, changing events through future memories, for example giving his father the push to take the founding titan and give it to Eren. Just so he could be in possession of it when he meets Ymir in the paths, giving us the timeline we saw. This kind of a theory is sort of needed for the random aspect if why specifically the attack titan has this power. It does not fit the role or job of the titan. It's as if someone gave it the power way after its creation, so someone could send memories to the past and influence events.
@@samisuhonen9815Eren, being the final wielder of the Attack Titan, has definitely influenced past users. This is the most likely, and leaves possibility for both a time loop, and lack thereof.
Visions of future and past attack titans was never the power of attack titan. It is the power of founding Titan which he had in but could not tap to that power without zeke, stepmom, historia and all that have royal blood, once he had touch with royal blood he had link to coordinate and coordinate has link to all titans past and present so he sent the message back to guide the attack titans previous owners to where they need be even against their whishes/morals. The coordinate he used for simulations of the future also where he decided on the only one he can see through. Maybe even the founding Titan lost and.got eaten by his dad because of it.
"Attack on Titan" was a name specifically chosen by the creator for English. I've heart that it actually translates more accurately to "advancing giants." Since Eren refers to his own titan as the title of the show, Eren is "The Advancing Giant" or the giant that always moves forward, always attacking, always putting one foot in front of the other... Albeit covered in blood and people screaming for their lives beneath it.
@@vmaricic only the looking into the past was from the founding tho. Visions from the future tho is an actual power of the attack titan as said by erens father and is prtty explicitly said in the anime
The Jaw Titan's 'mask' is not to do with experiments, it's the default look of the jaw titan. The reason Ymir doesn't have it is because she isn't a trained soldier when she gets it, and she spent 60 years as a pure so her titan form is closer to that than the actual jaw titan form
i don't think being a trained soldier have anything to do with how it looked, what actually happened was Isayama just think that the jaw should look cooler instead of ymir shit Titan design and in the final scene when we saw the past Titan shifter there was a lot of them who also just have teeth and no mask
@@HighlandCatz Makes sense. I also heard Pieck was supposed to be a middle aged man(that looked a lot closer to the initial cart titan) and was changed to fit in with the other warrior candidates. If he did that with Pieck, and I can imagine him also doing something similar with the different jaw titans.
Every titan user is different, Ymir reads their personality because she has access to their subconscious and memories, and makes a titan form befitting them. Eren's Attack Titan looks so feral because of his homicidal mindset that he has had since a young age, Armin's Colossal Titan looks so different from Bertholdt because of his calm and collected personality while Bertholdt was pretty easy to startle and was weak mentally. Notice how the Beast Titans are defined even more by this, if they are emotionally strong and collected, they usually end up being a stronger animal, while Ksaver is weak because of his extreme depression and not able to move on, his titan is weaker. Every Titan Shifter's strength is determined by if they have enough motivation and desire.
Eren's attack titan can't speak because it doesn't have lips. Pure titans CAN speak, but most lack the intelligence to produce any coherent speech with the exception of a few rare cases. Zeke, Piek, and Ymir can all speak in titan form because they have functional lips. Krueger, Grisha, Annie, and Frieda all have the potential to speak as well but never do because there's no reason to. Eren, Reiner, Porco, and Galliard never speak because they don't have the lips to do so. Collosal titans like Bert and Armin would have vocal cords too large to produce intelligible speech, and Armin's colossal titan has no organs for speech in its neck at all because its entirely hollow, save for his spinal column.
If only we knew why that one titan tried talking to the scout who was journaling what the titan was doing before ultimately eating her. I've heard he was a 'glitch' but for me thats just a copout for 'we just didnt get to it in the story.'
@@turkeyman631 Idk if you actually want to know or you are being rhetoric. So I am just gonna tell you, the titan was transformed for considering Ymir as their leader and forming a sort of revolution and this was considered a crime so yea, and the scout looked a lot like Ymir and so the titan first bows down to her as they did that when they were humans. Also the titan is almost a direct copy of one of the people so thats how we know. Sorry if I missed something or said something wrong.
Grisha recognising Zeke's presence through Eren's memories while in Grishas memories during that moment in the paths is my favourite moment of this and is one of my favourite moments of the whole anime. Grisha couldnt "see" Zeke, but having Eren's perspective of the same moment being beamed into his head, he knew he was there.
Grisha's titan doesn't look as strong as Eren's? I'd have to disagree. He looks way stronger, Eren's looks like a MMA fighter (he was based in one actually) while Grisha's has the torso of a strongman. (sadly, his arms are thinner, but titans are weird like that).
@@jordanrasmussen9499when the strongman is large enough to literally slam into his opponents and tear them apart like Grisha did i’d say that would be the better pick
@@demoliman Grisha’s form would have been absolutely rocked by Reiner’s Armored because it wouldn’t have the speed and durability. Wouldn’t have been fast enough to keep up with Annie’s female titan, nor it’s arm been strong enough to stop the cannonball in season 1.
I don't speak Japanese, but I recently looked up that the kanjis composing the word "freedom" in Japanese "jiyuu" are "oneself" and "consequence". To be free is to cause your own self, self-determination if you will. Eren not only drives the plot and therefore is self-determined. He is also litterally the reason for his own existence. What gives me vertigo is that whoever came up with this combination of kanjis Xthousands years ago drastically influenced the plot of SNK today. It's a bit like the time-travelling Eren exists for real. Again not speaking Japanese at all here, so correct me if I'm completely off.
You said Ymir didn't have the mask on her jaw titan be cause she wasn't experimented on but Falco wasn't experimented on either and he does have a mask. I think it just depends on how the wielder manifests themselves. It's also weird that Ymir's jaw titan looks exactly like her pure Titan form, so maybe it has something to do with that. As in, "she just kept her pure Titan form"
Not necessarily. We don't know what they found to cause it. It could have been something as simple as diet or a one time injection. Let's say it's a simple, easy to produce (relatively) injection. If it doesn't harm other forms, or enhances them as well, it makes sense to just inject all potential "Shifters" during training. I'm sure over the years they've had someone selected to be a Shifter and not make it to getting it. Having the back up already set to go would make things run smoother. Ymir, not even being in the running, and possibly before it was discovered, would have no reason to have the procedure done.
I had a theory many years ago: Perhaps the phenotype of a Titan form is influenced by the genotype of certain Eldian families. In other words, similar to how your family might have similar things in common that is prominent but not exclusive to your lineage, maybe the same applies to eldians, which thus influences their Titan's form. Case and point: The Yeager family. Upon inheriting a Titan power, Grisha, Zeke and Eren's Titan forms all had the same pointed ears. I'm going to assume this trait came from Grisha's side, rather than Dina or Carla, since if you gave those two women a Titan, it's unlikely their forms would have pointed ears. Besides that, Zeke and Eren both shared some things in common with Grisha: Zeke's beast Titan definitely took the broad body frame from Grisha's Titan, while Eren's attack titan took the long black hair (way before Eren grew out his hair in the first place). The Yeager family isn't the only example: We look at the Galliard family, and we notice that both Porco and Marcel were brothers, their jaw titans looked remarkable similar to each other. Same frame, almost same face plate, the lion-esque mane, the bone claws rather than nails. The jaw titan has seen three different users we're familiar with in the story of AOT, the Galliard brothers, and Ymir (not the founder). Ymir's jaw titan was unique. It was smaller, lacked any of the defensive traits like the hardened face and claws, less muscular, had black eyes almost like some nocturnal creature, and it also had pointed ears (although we don't know if she was ever related to anyone in the Yeager family tree who might had conceived her >60 years prior. Family trees are pretty big, you might know someone who's a cousin from your great great great grandfathers side and not know). In all the jaw titans, Ymir's was exceptionally different. And it may be down to genetics, or her status as a civilian, since she wasn't trained to be a soldier since childhood like Porco and Marcel were, and it's possible that the physical training of the Galliard brothers may have partly influenced their titans to have a more weaponised form, (if you remember Eren's training, he could only transform if he had reason to, and his titan form varied on what tasks he wanted to do: pick up a spoon or block cannon fire, his titan body manifested only to meet those tasks, and thus the bodies weren't complete because they didn't need to be). Case and point: We look at Armin's and Bertholdt's colossal titans, and we immediately notice the vast difference. Genetically they belong to different families which is cause for obvious reasons their titan forms share little in common besides powers. But we do notice that Bertholdt's titan was more muscular and broader, while Armin's is rather more skeletal and thinner, with exposed ribs and a hole in his neck. And already I can say it's down to the purpose: Bertholdt was a child soldier trained to be the most efficient with his power, in order to breach the wall. It makes sense his titan would have to be optimised to its ability, hence having more muscle mass means more steam to burn off, since that ability consumes the flesh from the body of the colossal titan. Armin was never someone who was trained to be a weapon of mass destruction, he was always considered physically weaker than the rest, and typically he tries to offer pacifistic solutions than to go out of his way to kill unless he absolutely must. hence his titan was perhaps not fully optimised for that same purpose, even if it had the same destructive capacity. If we consider Marley's imperialism, they are a proud nationalistic country with a military industrial complex who have used the power if the 9 to full advantage for colonial missions, it makes sense they want their titans to be the best of the best, whatever makes the Titan perform to the best of their abilities. Mr Ksaver was only a scientist, so his beast Titan was kinda useless. Not completely, but the best a sheep titan will do is ram into things like a low budget armoured titan. But trained child soldiers designed to kill? You can bet their titans are going to be optimised for their strengths. The only limits are the will of their users, which is why Reiner's armour tends to be paper against Eren's hardened attacks, but even he's a force to be reckoned with. Armin and Ymir's titans are the exception, despite being trained soldiers. Armin's a preferred pacifist, and Ymir never never really needed to use her titan since she just wanted to live normal life. Hence, I suspect, that the genetics of some Eldian families can influence titan forms to share similar traits amongst families and relatives, but also the lives they live, since the life you live may impact how your Titan needs to be built in order to succeed it's tasks. Ymir never really had to use her titan, so it wouldn't be as combat efficient, even if she fought well. It is possible that Marleyean titan scientists have done experiments to enhance a titans performance, which is why Annie's titan can crystallise it's body, since hardening isn't exclusive to the female titan (armoured, beast, attack titan, and especially Warhammer - Eren could only harden his titan form after he ingested a vial of spinal fluid labelled "armour", so it's possible that this kind of experimentation can be done on titans where crystallising isn't their specialty) We've seen ancient titans, we've seen many of them have features like pointed ears, or certain facial patterns that resembles the main cast of titans in the story, so it's not like the features I've listed are exclusive to these families, but are perhaps more commonly expressed, similar to eye and hair colour
The best way I can describe the atack titans power. Imagine a friend showing you clips from a movie or show. Then you watch the same movie or show from the beginning, and you eventually arrive at that scene your friend showed you. Also, erens fight with annee at the end of s1 took place in stohess, not trost.
@@Spvceman_ Spoilers if u haven’t read the manga btw, I’m gonna say some spoilers It’s funny you say that because that’s exactly what eren does, during I believe season 1 but it’s a flashback in the manga, eren actually told armin the gyst of what he was gonna do, he also confessed his love for mikasa to him, so that example you gave of a friend showing you the reel of the show, is actually what eren did with armin, armin the ENTIRE time during season 1-4 knew what eren was doing but wasn’t comprarlo sure it would actually happen and was just giving the gyst of what his future plan was
In the manga, there is a frame of Zeke when he was really little (3-5ish), sitting on the floor and looking up curiously at Grisha (who was starting to plot how **SPOILER** he would make Zeke join the Marleyan army to become a titan shifter, so they could restore Eldia), holding a stuffed monkey animal amongst other toys that were scattered on the floor (toy soldiers and a wooden horse). Perhaps it was his favorite toy, just like all kids have a favorite toy. I think it's logical to assume that had something to do with his beast titan's appearance (NOT that Grisha, his dad, was hairy lol). I'm strongly convinced bc if you look closely at it, the toy looks like a replica of the beast titan. Did any other manga readers here pick that up? Isayama is such a detailed storyteller😅 (of course, it could've just been hindsight cheeky foreshadowing like he loves doing lol...)
This is shown in both the manga and the anime and I agree with you. We know Zeke loves playing catch with his mentor and we see him play with the monkey doll as well. Not to mention if his beast titan took on the form of a different animal (like the mf humpback whale titan) he wouldn't be able to throw.
If we go by the order of the Beast Titans (Tom's ram, Zeke's ape, Falco's bird hybrid Titan), then it's actually very easy to tell what the next Beast Titan will look like, since they follow the order of the Eastern Zodiac. In fact, all Beast Titans summoned by Eren seem to be based on animals from the Eastern Zodiac.
Eren isn't the way he is because of the attack titan, all the wielder of the attack titan are the way they are because of Eren. He sends memories to his dad, who sends memories to Kruger, and so on, up until the first attack titan or even Ymir herself. In our society, generational trauma moves in the forward direction (e.g. your great-grandfather lost everything to gambling so maybe your family carries this generational sentiment that gambling is evil), but in the Attack Titan's lineage, this happens both forwards and backwards. This is why they all keep moving forward. It has nothing to do with the some inherent identity of the attack titan (the titans as in the "titan forms", don't have their own "will", they're like vehicles). All of the wielders had similar sentiment across generations because of the same principle of cultural memetics. Culture get's passed down from generation to generation, or in this case, it gets passed up. It's a really interesting concept, and it's even stronger beause directly seeing the memories makes the influence of your predecesor (or in this case successor) even stronger. The reason they all kept moving forward throughout history without even knowing why and earned this reputation, why they all felt the same sense of duty (callback to the last kruger scene where he mentions mikasa and armin) is because eren is their final reverse-ancestor. This is just my theory, but I think it's pretty consistent. As for why eren can see his own memories from his own future even tho he doesn't have a successor: If 10 year old eren wants to see 20 year old eren, all he needs to do is peak into grishas memories of 20 year old eren. There is one hole in this whole time travelling thing though, Season 1 Episode 1 Eren shouldn't have been able to see anything, but it looks like he did. Since he's an Eldian, this might have been the power of "future founding titan eren".
Wonderfully close. You just lack the understanding of how Eren passes down his own memories to past shifter including himself. Also, keep in mind how Eren can manipulate pure titans at will. Across time and space. Ymir eating marcel and dina eating carla are only small key points of what Eren had to do by himself in order to reach this timeline of event where he finally reaches Ymir
i think that flashback/foreshadowing in e1s1 is actually ymir sending eren a message/memory. The first episode is "to you, 2000 years later" , ymir sending message to eren and the episode 80/86 where eren meets ymir is called "from you, 2000 years ago" , eren receiving the message and coming to ymir to save her /free her
Zeke’s Beast can’t speak because he’s a War Chief, and Pieck’s Cart can’t speak because “humans ride on her back”. Remember, Ymir made them that way prior to their respective roles. Who’s to say that Marley never came up with the idea to mount a platform on their Cart? Humans work AROUND the fact that some titans can/can’t speak. Zeke’s Beast could already speak, and it was an added and convenient benefit that was useful with his role as a War Chief. Pieck’s Cart speaking is a very helpful trait that happens to work very well with the humans riding on her back.
@@markointheskylips have nothing to do with it, that’s not how the physiology and anatomy of speech work. It’s about the formation of the vocal cords and the way air passes through it, plus the shape of the tongue. Speech is very much possible without lips. Plus, Annie had lips and didn’t speak.
just a slight correction the only reason zeke and the cart titan can speak is because of their superior intellect which allows them to speak in titan form
lips and not all types of shifters need speech, think about their roles, beast titan was a kind of commander, leading and planning, the cart did scouting missions and relayed messages, think
In specific flashbacks regarding Zeke Jaeger and Tom Ksaver, you could see stuffed animals (a monkey for Zeke and a sheep for Tom). I think the form taken by the beast titan depends on more than just 'hairy genetics'. Maybe it's even a matter of how you see yourself or how you imagine yourself as a titan, as Reiner looked totally different during his mental breakdown after Eren's attack and Falco even changed his form. Eren is also an example, as he keeps his season 1 form even after acquiring the Warhammer. (Although for Eren it could have been a conscious decision as well)
Eren wasn't a wielder of the attack titan. The attack titan and all it's wielders were victims of Eren's manipulation. Eren IS the attack titan. It, it's history, and personality was shaped by Eren.
If you think about it, the first attack titan has the memories of all subsequent attack titans, so that means the moment it was born, it knew what their purpose was.
I think the appearances of the attack titans are also determined by the time the transformation takes place. As Zeke and Grisha inherited titans late in their lives, their titans are bigger and more developed then Erens. Although Eren Kruger seems to be an exception to this
I was about to agree on this matter not until the Eren Kruger part.. hmmm probably because he's too old and past his prime thats why his titan is slightly smaller? Or maybe because Grisha has them "big genetic" and Zeke got it from Grisha too but Eren unfortunately got Carla's genetic more just like how Keith Shadis mentioned that Eren is looking like Carla more than Grisha, and Zeke Jaeger mentioned that Eren and his father doesnt look alike.
@@raqqa7046This and we know that the gender expression of titan forms’ varies but it is coherent. Eren’s titan is easily comparable to Annie’s, both in an androgynous and exclamatory (lean) structure
@@raqqa7046 very true, but we have to remember that at it could look like Eren's titan simply for the shock value of the scene and further the plot as it's still pretty early on as the show and "it's rules" for titans and their relations to humans. So we can never be sure as to the real why
I mean, Eren does "craft the reality from scratch' like you said in the end because of the Attack Titan power, but only in that universe and doing what he would do anyways, it doesn't explain at all how sending memories to past inheritors would allow him in any way to act like a Doctor Strange, right? I mean, I'm writing all this because I want to know if I'm wrong, I might be, totally. But I'm just using logic here to say why it seems not the case and confusing to me if it was the case that Eren did Doctor Strange stuff as well. It seems more consistent to me that Eren as a character, I mean with his personality and story, would decide to do the Rumbling even with lots of doubts and troubled a shit ton by the idea of doing it, but there was only one outcome always. Parallel universes in a multiverse does not mean that a single universe is not deterministic! YOU MIGHT JUST IGNORE THE FOLLOWING STUFF, NO NEED TO GO INTO QUANTUM PHYSICS, JUST MAKING EVEN MORE POINTS WHY MULTIVERSE DOES NOT MEAN SINGLE UNIVERSES ARE NOT DETERMINISTIC: Even the theory of multiverse (btw, there are two ways to understand multiverse, which could both be valid but doesn't change the point that something happening in a single world would not be deterministic) by some important quantum physics scientists like Sean M. Carroll believe that there is only one wave function for the entire universe and we just interpret quantum physics badly because we see just a part of the system and stuff. I mean I think Isayama is a believer of deterministic universe, that is why he would reflect if a killer would kill someone no matter what, Einstein also had this same thought, by which he added "but he still should be imprisoned for that", because he believed that "God doesn't play dice with the universe", by which he was just criticizing and rejecting the finding of quantum physics, but at that time quantum physics was very poorly understood and scientists were going tribal and overacting to it, more on this here: th-cam.com/video/Wsjgtp9XZxo/w-d-xo.html To this day quantum scientists at at large are very divided and it is at some level disturbing to me to think how in science people can have different views about stuff, but it is probably because some stuff on this field can never ever be proved. But they do just get at the language level confused about stuff and split, I mean the way it was originally phrased. That is explained in the above video.
Yeahhhhhh!!! You got it right! So happy to see good information being made right before the last part drops down, the video was going great overall and perfect, at the end you explain the special ability of the Attack Titan precisely. Well done! :)
What you said about Eren influenced all previous wielders of the Attack Titan baffled me. Can he really do that? And if so, what's the point? What will he gained from influencing the previous wielders of the Attack Titan? And if he can only see the alternate universes of the AOT multiverse, what's the point doing what he did if he cannot given the same or similar outcomes he seen in the futures of those universes to the friends and loved ones of his own universe? I know that it's in his personality to not just stop chasing what he desired out of nowhere. But from the grander schemes of things, it doesn't make any sense.
he sends memories and influences past users to further his agenda of causing the rumbling, as he believes that is the only possible way to have a safe future for his family and friends, and everyone on paradis.
@@athena-love There is. You guys just refused to believe it because you guys wanted the long-term solution. But the problem is Paradis has been provided with just war and omnicide. If they chose war by joining the Allies in the Marley Mid-East War, they will obtained the short-term solution. But the next generation can work on from there.
If you go and watch the end of the S4 last episode (which recently dropped) he explains exactly why this was the only way. Ofc there were many other possibilities and choices he had, but there was only one path which was the most optimal for his subjective goal - to have his friends live a long and peaceful life. I don't want to spoil anything if you didn't watch it yet but watch this last part one, maybe two times and you understand. Like you said, theoretically there were other paths, but only one path reaches his subjective goal. And thats why he manipulated not only all past attack titan users but also all the people around him. I'm bad at explaining in another language but i hope you get what i mean ^^
@@RedCnMn I did find a number of interpretations from some TH-camrs there and there. But you're right. There are other possibilities. But most of them are risky. And even if they did succeed, they will only just laying the foundation for the next generation of the politicians on Paradis to go on from what they left behind. This can only happened if Paradis joined Marley Mid-East War as a member of the Allies, of course. But the point is that if they won this war, Paradis' image will significantly improved and Marley will not be able to do anything for a while due to the need of economic recovery after losing the war. However, this will come at the price of Marley hating Paradis even more because of the humiliating peace they received after losing the war. So instead of peace, the victory from this war brought relations similar to Britain and Russia during the 19th century to Paradis and Marley with the Mid-East Eyalets that is unified into a single Sultanate became Paradis' main defender for the sake of the Sultanate's interests and to have an ally in the war against Marley. In other words, the cycle of hatred is still existed. It's just that Paradis is now having a seat on the international stage at Marley's expense. But between what I just said and the Rumbling, which one do you prefer?
So real quick, I heard somewhere else that the reason the Yeager's have pointy ears when no one else does is because they're considered the devil's of this story like the painting of the devil handing Ymir a flower and ruin everything. They think the Yeager's are that devil is modern times
The weirdest part to me is the “Royal Blood” requirement for the founder. It clearly can pass through both male and female parents to Historia and Zeke respectively, so you’d think that it would pass to Ymir’s daughters with King Fritz, and from them to the rest of the subjects of Ymir as they are all the descendants of her 3 daughters with King Fritz and should mean that all Subjects of Ymir (Eldians) are of royal blood, unless we are supposed to believe that Ymir’s daughters weren’t fathered by King Fritz, which IIRC they are directly stated to be so in canon. Of course since we know that restriction seems to be based on who Ymir’s spirit in the paths sees as Royal, it might not need to be strictly blood, just people Ymir sees as being appropriately Royal, but are we supposed to assume that she values her own descendants directly from her daughters less than the specific Royal line? I realize it’s probably just a plot hole by writers that don’t think about how quickly the blood descent of royalty spreads throughout a populace, but the dissemination of Ymir’s bloodline is literally a fleshed out plot point, so they’re clearly thinking about it……
Out of her 3 daughters, only 1 inherited the founding titan. Descendants of this daughter are considered royal. So all eldians are descendants of ymir through her daughters. But only those from the daughter who inherited the founding titan are royal. Hope that makes more sense.
Im not good in science and stuff but is it possible that because Ymir (100%) married King fritz (0%), wouldnt their daughter would end up with 1 Royal and 2 is just a normal daughter of Ymir and King Fritz. Just like how in real life, my mom has curly hair but my dad doesnt, siblings of 4 but im the only one ended up with curly hair and the others are not. How do you think?
@@raqqa7046 Not quite. Biological reproduction is such that you always get 50% from your father and 50% from your mother. Some traits from your father might be dominant while others are recessive - same with your mother.
There is one exception to the "not having a female form when wielded by a woman" rule, and that is the Founder. It had a feminine appearance when it was possessed by Ymir and in the memories of Eren's father.
You made very good points tho regarding this parallel/alternate universe thing, it does make sense, but my point was that the universe we witness in the story of SnK (not the spin-off and stuff) is deterministic, but there may have other parallel universes, but I'm really not sure that Eren in SnK have seen all possibilities like a Doctor Strange of sorts. There is no evidence for that anywhere other than some phrases of Eren saying there was no hope for Eldians, I don't think it was the case, I think he believed in that because it was a matter of time that, for instance, aircrafts that would carry big bombs would be developed in one or two decades and it could be used to wipe Paradis or something, which is hinted in a reunion between the Brass of the Marley Military and Zeke at the beginning of season 4. I'm a anime only though, so there might have stuff that is evidence for what you said that will be shown, I have seen a lot of people saying this, that Eren have seen all the possibilities like a Doctor Strange and knew that the Rumbling was the only way, but I think there is more evidence for showing that Eren never changed and he would decide to do the Rumbling no matter what across the entire series, I think the only evidence for saying Eren saw all future possibilities is just his phrase regarding that there was no future for Eldians if he didn't do the Rumbling. I mean he clearly did not know anything that would happen past some certain point in the Rumbling, again, the Attack Titan can't see the future or possible future, it can only send memories to past inheritors and Eren saw the future through Grisha memories because future Eren showed it to Grisha, so how would Eren see every possible future???
I believe he is able to send his memories/information to himself. Like from his Future self to his Present self or Past self. So in this case he made different decisions for possibly different futures, and then those future Eren reports back to his present self which decision is best or which is not. I believe one of those realities was what he showed to Mikasa. A future where he never did the Rumbling and decided to just run off with her and spend his remaining years with her in Peace until he dies.
@@shidoriyah That is possible and is very interesting actually, but that would make the need for future Eren to purposefully manipulate which memories to show him because clearly Eren didn't have access to all future memories, just a few, that is certain, so future Eren for some reason (probably having the knowledge of all possibilites) wanted to show just that one because it would be too overwhelming to show all of them and only future Eren had that power to test it out. That is a nice theory because it would explain Eren just having access to what Grisha saw, but my problem with your theory is that it would make the power of the Attack Titan useless for all the other wielders, I mean, even if it gets way more powerful with the Founding Titan power fused with it, which might be one explanation why only future Eren could be that more powerful with this supposed power to "see the future", what would be the point of past inheritors having it? Only if the case would be that it is both your theory with mine (I got it from a one and half hour long video) are true, the past inheritors only saw what future Eren wanted to show to each of them, but basically only Eren Attack Titan had any special power then. Which might be fine. That is a very interesting theory nonetheless my friend! By the way, I always thought that Attack on Titan takes place during 1930 technological settings because there wouldn't be time to negotiations since the rest of the world would just eventually use nuclear bombs on Paradis soon enough. So yeah, I always thought that the author would probably make Eren have a way to know that there was no other way if he wanted to keep anyone he cared alive. What you think?
@@shidoriyah Actually I thought this was a discussion in another video!! Lmao, I actually didn't get into detail of my theory. Look, my theory is that is certainly 100% consistent but not confirmed, is that the Attack Titan power has only to do with sending memories to past inheritors, has nothing to do with seeing future, not at all, Grisha got it wrong because he knew no better, he assumed that was the case, but it was always clear to me that Eren from the future sent memories to past inheritors and Eren only saw what future Eren showed to Grisha and other inheriots, and only that. It is clear that present Eren is always limited until he gets the founding Titan power and starts the rumbling, he knows only what Grisha saw, clearly. I could get into much more detail, but that is basically it. Like you can't do anything yourself having the Attack Titan other than sending memories to the past, which is very counterintuitive.
@@shidoriyah I mean, clearly Eren just accessed Grisha memories in some occasions like Historia' hand kiss and that was all he saw from future, even when in paths with Zeke he was figuring things out on the way, as it was coming to him, because he knew things would eventually lead to the very deterministic Rumbling. Part of this theory from the one hour and a half long video is because one of the inspirations for Attack on Titan was the author reflecting if criminals would have done the crime no matter what, if they were "destined" to do so.
@@shidoriyah I mean, it seems very clear on how he reacts while he is with Zeke that he is finding stuff on the present and figuring it all out, like when he figured out that Grisha was seeing Zeke because he was looking through Eren eyes, because Grisha got memories from Eren that came from the future, so clearly Attack Titan can send memories back. While all the other Titans can only sometimes see memories from past inheritors, not anything from the future.
Falco never underwent the jaw titan experiments, but his titan has a hardened face. It's just genetics, and he didn't need to speak. Ymir did, so she didn't have armor
@atheyosterberg664 or ...possibly a bird. There no reason to declare a bird based beast/jaw mix titan cannot also separately have a....beak. and considering titans are mostly humanoid, it isn't a stretch to see it become a facade piece comparable to hardening on the face.
@@Josiecel it is face hardening, and we see jaw titans in the past having two sets of teeth. A hardened one, and a normal one. Hardened face and claws is not caused by marly's experimentation.
20:47 I believe Armin always loved Annie, from going to speak to her when she was hardened that she even thanked him for way before he became a titan shifter.
who would've thought that the series's title was referring to Eren's titan and not referring to the world being attack by titans which led to "Attack On Titan". I mean like i cant even blame the translator because no one saw that coming other than Isayama himself. Because of that I went to watch the series back and indeed there are a few errors in the translating, (I possess jlpt n2) such as in Season 1 Episode 9 Minute 20:57, In the translate it said something along the lines of "Your memories will teach you how to use the power". It may not be far off but what Grisha really said in japanese was "使い方は彼らの記憶が教えてくれるだろう" Which directly translated as "Their memories (past wielders) should teach you how to use it" which already foreshadowing that Eren is not the first wielder of the power and there are past wielders Again, none of the translators saw that coming so they were trying their best to interpret what Grisha was telling Eren. It is indeed a sentence that no one could understand at the time.
Really good analysis, though it grinds my gears, how wrong some name pronunciation are, ie. Naruto and “Sa-suke” and “Rainir” Edit: also I am pretty sure the people in the hot air balloon was Armins parents, kind of the reason he got raised by his grandpa
There was a corner in Ymir's heart that wanted to oppose the king & stop his tyranny but she was in love with him. This manifested into the Attack Titan which always rebelled against the king & kept on fighting against the other titans that listened to the king, so 1v8 isn't fair that's why it was given the broken ability.
man i just finished the final season and final part part 1 or what its called for the first time and its insane, cant belive its just a month until the whole show is finished, i feel like it could go on for another 2 seasons tbh
I apologize if i cant articulate my question here so please bare with me 😅 So I think where im lost is, how did adult Eren get to the point of being able to manipulate the memories of his dad and kruger? All the events that lead him to "present Eren"/commit mass genocide Eren, were his doing, yes I see how that unfolded. But how did he initially "get there" to be the puppet master? Maybe I missed something? The timeline thing is mentioned here, and that only makes sense to me if he had already lived a life where everyone he loved dies, but i cant recall if that was explained in the series or maybe it was painfully obvious and im a dunderhead 😞 Is there more to be revealed in the final final part or should i have already grasped everything by now? Lol halp. And lastly but not as important-- in s4ep1, Falco mentions he dreamt he was fighting but soaring through the air, was it explained why that happened to him?? If anything thank yiu for reading, been going nuts trying to find answers without spoilers.. which ultimately happened. All these years down the drain because im slow lol
I hope you’ve watched the finale so you can u sweat and the Falco thing otherwise I won’t say because it’s a semi spoiler. With your question about how did Eren get to be the puppet master initially it’s just how the story goes, Aot is cyclical and events are already predetermined. So Eren being born and getting the power was set in stone.
Transforming into a Titan does not require a specifically self inflicted injury, it just requires an open wound. In Season 2 x 06, Reiner and Bertholdt take advantage of the injuries Mikasa did to them in order to transform (Reiner had his hand amputated, and a blade impaled through his other hand while Bertholdt had his neck partially sliced open). Neither of their injuries were self-inflicted, yet they still fit the open wound criteria for a transformation.
Founding titan wielders are haunted by the king of the past, and Attack titan wielders are haunted by future Eren. Great Isayama you made PTSD look real
Basicaly the attack titan can send his memories back into the past but it cant pass the memories to itself. For example Eren can send his memories while somewhere in the rumbling but he cant send them to any point where he was the titan but can send them to someone before him like his father. His father than gave his memories to Eren buy giving him his titan power but Eren could see those memories only when he kissed Historias hand. Unlocking the rumbling path. So this ends up being a paradox of the rumbling
I saw a video that said the world of aot is on a fixed single timeline which means all events are predestined to happen and everything that happens is self-reinforcing. It also means that the events are in a loop and there is no definitive beginning or end to the timeline but it's the best explanation I've seen so far
I honestly don't think the Attack Titan could see the future, it could very well be that this whole power is merely future Eren's way of selecting certain memories to show to past shifters(like he did with Krueger and Grisha) to make it so that him becoming the founder would always happen. It's a weird loop scenario but then again it was confirmed that AOT's story was a loop until Mikasa's decision finally broke the chains and led to the path it was always meant to go. With Ymir being able to let go and thus ending the curse of the titans.
I like how they quite literally say that the attack titan has the power to see the future and then here u come “I don’t actually think the attack titan can actually see the future” wtf😭🤡. Headcannon mfs r the worst🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️
@@kamkilledkam don't take it too seriously mate, but it makes sense, because the future has to exist to enable the past and vice verca, Eren says it himself, "Past, Present, Future, they're all the same here, existing at once". It wouldn't be too off the mark to concider it Eren's doing with the help of the founder's powers. Otherwise how was it that Grisha only saw what Eren WANTED him to see, and not the full picture? How is it that Krueger only knew what Eren WANTED him to know?
@@Septqmber bc with founding titans powers he can control eldians memory’s and bodies. Even if attack titan can see the future, the founder can block u from seeing it or just change your memories so u don’t remember what u saw.
I enjoy the style of your video, but ive got to say, a lot of the stuff you say about certain titans 3/4ths through the video is inaccurate. Some things I've noticed being: 1) Titans that are not the Female Titan CAN have female physiques, as we saw with Freida Reiss's Founding Titan (Reference Grisha's memories of attacking the Reiss Family) 2)The Female Titan does have a unique ability (maybe 2), that being that it can consume parts of other Shifter titans to gain some of their powers, for example it has the hardening ability because it ate a chunk of the Armored. (which is strange you said some scientist just did loads of experiements and now she can harden, since later you brought up that she can assimilate powers) (Reference in CH 133/ AOT Final Season Final Chapters part 1) 3)And then this last one is just a little thing, but Eren and Annie fought in Stohess, not Trost Still a good video, and im still giving it a thumbs up
@@tommo4356 if you're referencing Eren gaining the Armor in the titan cave, then true, but the Female can do it without external things, like that concoction the royal family had
@@MoonyMckayNetwork yeah that and falco's jaw having birdlike features presumably due to drinking Zeke's spinal fluid. But yeah that's what I mean by it's easier for the female titan
What I'm still confused about is why Ymir went back to serve Eldia after her initial transformation. Was servitude all she knew at the time despite being actually free before the Eldians raided her village?
I think Grisha’s body being different from both Erens is because it’s known that titans appearances are passed down genetically at times, and Zeke has the same titan body (kind of) of Grisha.
kinda feel like eren kept trying to use other options other than the rumbling in other timelines. like diplomacy, and other alternatives but everything failed so he was forced to do this
9:24 I counted his teeth he only has 31 which is one less than the number of teeth an adult human has, so NO he does NOT have an absurd amount of teeth
The 9 primary Titans are strange to me. Why did these 9 splinter off from Ymir specifically? The Founder makes sense because it’s the primary source of the Titans, from Ymir’s own Titan. They each serve a purpose, largely for combat. But then you have Titans like Cart, Jaws, and the Female Form. Why would these Titans spawn from the original? My theory is the Female Form Titan is meant to be in the shape of Ymir. But what is the rest suppose to be? The Attack Titan may simply represent a unifying force of the other 8. Able to see the past and future as well as other possible futures. Maybe I’m reading too much into them. Not everything has to have a deep meaning to them beyond their use in the plot. Each Titan is likely an extension of a specific combat use. Attack is a standard fighter. Cart is just a mobile artillery. Female is just designed to mimic the others abilities. The Beast can command lesser Titans. They serve a narrative purpose.
It doesnt really matter But heres some ideas Founding, ruling, obey the king Attack, freedom, let the pigs escape Armored, protect/suicidal, jump in front of the spear Beast, origin of all life, the hallucigenia worm Jaw, consume, cannibalizing ymir Female, woman, girl, XX War hammer, weapons, titans being used as weapons Colossal, conquering, dominate over others physically and metaphorically Cart, usefulness, wanting to be useful to the king idk lol
Yea it is strange but some of them make sense. The Colossal is clearly the most basic form of ymirs original form in both size and strength(though ymirs was faster and larger) so it makes sense for it to exsist. That armored also makes sense to an extent, in my opinion it arrived later in their conquests to combat explosives/cannons of others states as well as to combat other shifters and their loyalists/houses . The female and beast mostly represent the source's flexibility and the fact ymir was female. The warhammer titan makes sense and so does the jaw titan(boh braught needed speed, range and weaponry) to combat other titans and non-eldians/subjects of ymirs. If we considered the fact the shifters(who probably numbered more than 9 or less) the warhammer and jaw were much needed to balance out the game(the Jaws, JAW is litrely perfect to crush the nape of the armoreds/warhammer's and it's speed would aid it to escape/attack other shifters such as the numerous beasts titans, the armored was probably overkill due to its defensives making it nearly impossible to kill its shifter, until some subject used his/her power to create a form suitable to counter it.)also remember when eren called the past users to aid him we see titans that appear different, some having blended forms of two or more shifter titans,we also could count in the fact there were possibly more shifters with unique blends not just 9.The cart titan just feels way too convenient for spying, which Eldia probably didn't do(since it could count on hordes and hordes of tens of thousand if not millions of pure titans plus a traditional military) so it may have risen with the formation if Marley and their attempts to reconquer/stabilize lands that wanted independence.
make a video about all the alternate endings and other things that you mentioned in this video please this video was very informative and as a manga reader who finished the manga long time ago, it was a really great jog of memories and to bring me up to speed for the next two movies. I want to know about the alternative timeline thing from you
Wouldn’t that mean that they did titan science on falco even though he wasn’t a titan and if events played out with eren and stuff he wouldn’t never have been a titan. So does that mean that when you become a candidate you get experimented on
I think it is most safe to just view Falco as an anomaly. He is unique cause you can basically consider him a hybrid of jaw and beast titan influenced by zeke's cerebrospinal fluid. tbh you're in for a treat if you are anime only
This also explains why Eren laughs when Sasha dies to Gabi, because perhaps the fact that Sasha will specifically leads to the future that he wants and he sees this in the future in which his goals are achieved, so when he hears from Conny that Sasha had died, he realises that his plan would end up working.
Absolute waste of time , he didn't actually explain the title of this vid , but extended vid in a fun way explaining everything about attack titan . if you are here for that explaination then plz leave cuz it will only waste your time .
Apparently it's not coming to an end. According to what I've seen, there's supposed to be another chapter of the manga released sometime April of 2024. I believe the source is AniNewsAndFacts on the site formerly known as Twitter. Probably an extra epilogue to accoompany the artbook. But uh... here's to hoping the cycle of hate continues, cuz it's so darn fun to watch. :D
@@samisuhonen9815 Curious, what do you think the attack titans power would have been originally then? I like your theory!
I mean probably just “hit really fucking hard” kinda the offense to the armored’s defense

The Jaw Titan's 'mask' is not to do with experiments, it's the default look of the jaw titan. The reason Ymir doesn't have it is because she isn't a trained soldier when she gets it, and she spent 60 years as a pure so her titan form is closer to that than the actual jaw titan form
Make sense✨
i don't think being a trained soldier have anything to do with how it looked, what actually happened was Isayama just think that the jaw should look cooler instead of ymir shit Titan design and in the final scene when we saw the past Titan shifter there was a lot of them who also just have teeth and no mask

Zekes titan was a monkey because his favorite tokey as a child was a monkey plushy
Armin's titan didn't have ears, the theory being that the reason for no ears is he didn't want to hear the screams of those he would inevitably kill
You need tongue, airflow and epiglottis to speak, not lips
If only we knew why that one titan tried talking to the scout who was journaling what the titan was doing before ultimately eating her. I've heard he was a 'glitch' but for me thats just a copout for 'we just didnt get to it in the story.'

@@Plaprad as you said, we don't know. It could be anything.
I had a theory many years ago:
Perhaps the phenotype of a Titan form is influenced by the genotype of certain Eldian families. In other words, similar to how your family might have similar things in common that is prominent but not exclusive to your lineage, maybe the same applies to eldians, which thus influences their Titan's form.
Case and point:
The Yeager family.
Besides that, Zeke and Eren both shared some things in common with Grisha:
Zeke's beast Titan definitely took the broad body frame from Grisha's Titan, while Eren's attack titan took the long black hair (way before Eren grew out his hair in the first place).
The Yeager family isn't the only example:
We look at the Galliard family, and we notice that both Porco and Marcel were brothers, their jaw titans looked remarkable similar to each other.
Case and point:
We look at Armin's and Bertholdt's colossal titans, and we immediately notice the vast difference. Genetically they belong to different families which is cause for obvious reasons their titan forms share little in common besides powers. But we do notice that Bertholdt's titan was more muscular and broader, while Armin's is rather more skeletal and thinner, with exposed ribs and a hole in his neck. And already I can say it's down to the purpose:
Bertholdt was a child soldier trained to be the most efficient with his power, in order to breach the wall.
It is possible that Marleyean titan scientists have done experiments to enhance a titans performance, which is why Annie's titan can crystallise it's body, since hardening isn't exclusive to the female titan (armoured, beast, attack titan, and especially Warhammer - Eren could only harden his titan form after he ingested a vial of spinal fluid labelled "armour", so it's possible that this kind of experimentation can be done on titans where crystallising isn't their specialty)
We've seen ancient titans, we've seen many of them have features like pointed ears, or certain facial patterns that resembles the main cast of titans in the story, so it's not like the features I've listed are exclusive to these families, but are perhaps more commonly expressed, similar to eye and hair colour

HERE BEFORE IT BLEWS UP
In the manga, there is a frame of Zeke when he was really little (3-5ish), sitting on the floor and looking up curiously at Grisha (who was starting to plot how **SPOILER**
he would make Zeke join the Marleyan army to become a titan shifter, so they could restore Eldia), holding a stuffed monkey animal amongst other toys that were scattered on the floor (toy soldiers and a wooden horse).
Isayama is such a detailed storyteller😅
(of course, it could've just been hindsight cheeky foreshadowing like he loves doing lol...)
This is shown in both the manga and the anime and I agree with you. We know Zeke loves playing catch with his mentor and we see him play with the monkey doll as well. Not to mention if his beast titan took on the form of a different animal (like the mf humpback whale titan) he wouldn't be able to throw.
It’s not a spoiler
it's just foreshadowing to zeke's future titan form and it's also shown in the anime
Not really detailed at all it just foreshadowing lol
If we go by the order of the Beast Titans (Tom's ram, Zeke's ape, Falco's bird hybrid Titan), then it's actually very easy to tell what the next Beast Titan will look like, since they follow the order of the Eastern Zodiac. In fact, all Beast Titans summoned by Eren seem to be based on animals from the Eastern Zodiac.
As it turns out king Karl Fritz was truly the most dedicated to trying to keep peace & avoid the cycle of war
Karl knew the rumbling would happen
I love this comment a whole lot. Never thought about it that way, but it's explained the theme of generational trauma pretty perfect.

Note that all the titans that can speak have lips, and the ones that can't don't

YOU MIGHT JUST IGNORE THE FOLLOWING STUFF, NO NEED TO GO INTO QUANTUM PHYSICS, JUST MAKING EVEN MORE POINTS WHY MULTIVERSE DOES NOT MEAN SINGLE UNIVERSES ARE NOT DETERMINISTIC:
Even the theory of multiverse (btw, there are two ways to understand multiverse, which could both be valid but doesn't change the point that something happening in a single world would not be deterministic) by some important quantum physics scientists like Sean M. Carroll believe that there is only one wave function for the entire universe and we just interpret quantum physics badly because we see just a part of the system and stuff. I mean I think Isayama is a believer of deterministic universe, that is why he would reflect if a killer would kill someone no matter what, Einstein also had this same thought, by which he added "but he still should be imprisoned for that", because he believed that "God doesn't play dice with the universe", by which he was just criticizing and rejecting the finding of quantum physics, but at that time quantum physics was very poorly understood and scientists were going tribal and overacting to it, more on this here: th-cam.com/video/Wsjgtp9XZxo/w-d-xo.html
To this day quantum scientists at at large are very divided and it is at some level disturbing to me to think how in science people can have different views about stuff, but it is probably because some stuff on this field can never ever be proved.
Well done! :)
you mad man how much time did you spend creating the script for this video? Awesome work
What you said about Eren influenced all previous wielders of the Attack Titan baffled me.
There is no other way than the Rumbling.
Great video mate🙌🏾
Love the consistency in the uploads your gonna make it man ❤
There is one exception to the "not having a female form when wielded by a woman" rule, and that is the Founder. It had a feminine appearance when it was possessed by Ymir and in the memories of Eren's father.
The attack titans gimmick is that he can do what he needs to win

King Fritz: Influencing all the future wielders of Founding Titan
Eren: Influencing all the past welders of Attack Titan💀💀
Karl meet Eren: "lets build some walls."
While all the other Titans can only sometimes see memories from past inheritors, not anything from the future.

who would've thought that the series's title was referring to Eren's titan and not referring to the world being attack by titans which led to "Attack On Titan".
It may not be far off but what Grisha really said in japanese was "使い方は彼らの記憶が教えてくれるだろう" Which directly translated as "Their memories (past wielders) should teach you how to use it" which already foreshadowing that Eren is not the first wielder of the power and there are past wielders
Again, none of the translators saw that coming so they were trying their best to interpret what Grisha was telling Eren. It is indeed a sentence that no one could understand at the time.

Is there more to be revealed in the final final part or should i have already grasped everything by now? Lol halp.

I hope you’ve watched the finale so you can u sweat and the Falco thing otherwise I won’t say because it’s a semi spoiler.
With your question about how did Eren get to be the puppet master initially it’s just how the story goes, Aot is cyclical and events are already predetermined. So Eren being born and getting the power was set in stone.
understand the falco thing**
In AOT high school there are similarities cause in EP:3 S:1 MIKASA says to Kieth “Sasha had gas”

I loved the vid man keep it up
His eyes are literally the time stone from the marvel universe
I think it would be hilarious if mappa studios made there staff reanimate all of the older aot seasons 😂
@@kamkilledkam pretty damn good take ngl, I hadn't even concidered that lmao
@@kamkilledkam nah because founding titans powers only are usable when in contact with royal blood
MK1: hey iseyama San…let me see your notes real quick 😂
I enjoy the style of your video, but ive got to say, a lot of the stuff you say about certain titans 3/4ths through the video is inaccurate. Some things I've noticed being:
1) Titans that are not the Female Titan CAN have female physiques, as we saw with Freida Reiss's Founding Titan (Reference Grisha's memories of attacking the Reiss Family)
2)The Female Titan does have a unique ability (maybe 2), that being that it can consume parts of other Shifter titans to gain some of their powers, for example it has the hardening ability because it ate a chunk of the Armored. (which is strange you said some scientist just did loads of experiements and now she can harden, since later you brought up that she can assimilate powers) (Reference in CH 133/ AOT Final Season Final Chapters part 1)
3)And then this last one is just a little thing, but Eren and Annie fought in Stohess, not Trost
Still a good video, and im still giving it a thumbs up
Specifically, the female titan isn't the only one that can gain other titans abilities, it is just much easier for it/better at it.
Isayama is a freaking genius ..
Ive heard people claiming erens dream in the beginning of s1 was future memories but he hadnt even inherited the attack titan then so..
The attack titan Whispered "TATAKAE, TATAKAE, TATAKAEEEE" too much in Eren's ears.
What I'm still confused about is why Ymir went back to serve Eldia after her initial transformation. Was servitude all she knew at the time despite being actually free before the Eldians raided her village?
King Fritz Resolution to peace is nothing compared to Eren Resolution to violence and fight.
I think Grisha’s body being different from both Erens is because it’s known that titans appearances are passed down genetically at times, and Zeke has the same titan body (kind of) of Grisha.
he really said let me take a trip to naruto rl quick 😂🤣 i luv this vid
kinda feel like eren kept trying to use other options other than the rumbling in other timelines. like diplomacy, and other alternatives but everything failed so he was forced to do this
9:24 I counted his teeth he only has 31 which is one less than the number of teeth an adult human has, so NO he does NOT have an absurd amount of teeth
He has a layer over the upper teeth
It doesnt really matter
But heres some ideas
Founding, ruling, obey the king
Attack, freedom, let the pigs escape
Armored, protect/suicidal, jump in front of the spear
Beast, origin of all life, the hallucigenia worm
Jaw, consume, cannibalizing ymir
Female, woman, girl, XX
War hammer, weapons, titans being used as weapons
Colossal, conquering, dominate over others physically and metaphorically
Cart, usefulness, wanting to be useful to the king
idk lol
“Why is its skin not exposed”
Isn’t that, like, what it’s supposed to be? Literally taking all the exposure for the rest of the body?😊
make a video about all the alternate endings and other things that you mentioned in this video please
this video was very informative and as a manga reader who finished the manga long time ago, it was a really great jog of memories and to bring me up to speed for the next two movies. I want to know about the alternative timeline thing from you
1:00 this ability looks like that of the war harmer
It’s from when rod reiss licked up the serum and eren ate the armor serum
It is just titan hardening when this happens eren doesn't have the Warhammer titan power yet
2013: "bro have you seen this new anime? its really cool!"
2023: "..."
Wouldn’t that mean that they did titan science on falco even though he wasn’t a titan and if events played out with eren and stuff he wouldn’t never have been a titan. So does that mean that when you become a candidate you get experimented on
I'm agreed 👍🏻
@jswitchg
It’s kinda confusing how he sees and plans everything but didn’t know the outcome of the war or if his friend would’ve survived
When the default character is essential to the games lore in more ways than one:
Daym i just realised how nice the animation is
1:49 it was never known if she did free the pig, but it's most likely that she got thrown under the bus
Absolute waste of time , he didn't actually explain the title of this vid , but extended vid in a fun way explaining everything about attack titan . if you are here for that explaination then plz leave cuz it will only waste your time .
Aot really gave me early present for the final ep arriving at nov 4 and my birthday at nov 5
I would love to see a back story where they all transform for the first time
Apparently it's not coming to an end. :D
I'm fairly certain the attack titans actual power is the once used berserk mode the other ability is only because he joined with the founder.
Great video bro
Always twirling twirling twirling towards Freedom!
It would've been an important detail to include that Eren took the Attack and Founder when he ate Grisha.
