How do we develop faith and love for God?
Swami Mukundananda has described previously ( • Do We Really Have Fait... ) the very definition of true faith in God. When we recognize our lack of faith in God, the next question that comes naturally to our mind is - how do we develop true faith in God?
Swamiji explains in this video that faith is based on knowledge. While true knowledge of God leads to faith in God, true faith leads to love for God. Please watch the full lecture to hear Swamiji graciously explain the method for developing faith and love for God.

I just finished watching this lecture, of Swami Mukundananda Ji , and it truly touched my heart! His insights on recognizing our lack of faith in God resonate deeply with me. The path to loving God is though knowledge of who God is and what our relationship with him should be. True knowledge leads to faith and faith leads to love. Unfortunately we have not developed faith in God because our knowledge has created pride.

Humility....one of the most important virtues on the spiritual journey!

nice to hear this...this is so practical and in sync with the human nature that needs love and care. These days so many other gurujis preach stuff that "India is a godless society, we are seekers and not believers and seek moksha"...many intellectuals try to deny the existence of God and even claim that the concept of praying to God is an Abrahamic concept.

God is Sun, we r light worms. God is everywhere but to see God, His mercy on us to be visible to us. For mercy of God u should be Patra, patrata means humility.
