So wonderful explanation by Swamiji! God has given us this rare human birth and provided with brains to think, capacity to gain knowledge, intellect to judge good or bad, creative and controlling power of the mind etc. If we properly utilise our mind and intellect with right knowledge we can be the best version of ourselves. To live a meaningful life we must acquire positive attitude and take responsibility of our thoughts and actions.

In any situation how we respond is our choice. A glass of water can be half full or half empty. Similarly, every situation has a positive side and a negative side. However, drastic a situation may be it can have a tinge of positivity in it. Spiritually enlightened persons take adversity like extreme poverty, loss of loved ones, house set on fire and defame as the grace of God that help them detach their mind from the world. So, it's always our choice that elevate or degrade us.

Hii,swami jee first of all lots of love and respect from the bottom of my heart🙏🙏❤,I would like to summarise what you have said...Be 💯 responsible for our thoughts and emotions it is we who create inside us ...we have always choice how to respond in particular situation or circumstances.. Everything can be taken from us but one thing I.e our attitude in particular set of circumstances.we should try to be proactive instead of reactive.proactive people mould a/c to situation maintain flexibility.they try to focus on what is in their hand and try to not blame situation because as you said sir like surdas, mirabai, tulsidas they can also blame of their situation but it is their greatness of their mind instead of blaming they focus on their work and love for God❤🙏🙏

Correct, Swamiji. Happiness is a choice. Nobody is responsible for your sadness. Childhood determines our future mindset programming, but we can reprogram it by vanishing our ego. If you are humble, you are grateful. If you are grateful, then you are graceful. If desires are not fulfilling, then don't take those desires so seriously. This world is not yours. Be grateful to God for what you have

Grateful to Swamiji for sharing how to apply spiritual knowledge to everyday life. Love is only possible where there is the ability to choose. In the gap between what is happening in the environment and our internal response we can choose to be humble, grateful, positive and loving. I’d like to improve becoming aware of the gap and ability to choose my emotions when faced with situations that try my patience and could make me angry.

What a mind-blowing and eye-opening lecture on the power of positive thinking, responding instead of reacting, and taking responsibility for one's own actions. If we allow bitterness to rule the mind, then we will never be able to get out of the rut of misery. Better to focus on the gap between an external event and how to respond so we can make better choices in life. Thank you, Swamiji.

We must comprehend the distinction between proactive and reactive behaviour. In this incredible video, Swamiji explains how proactive people succeed in all areas of life by having the appropriate attitude towards it, whereas reactive people lose their anger because of their imbalanced nature and end up losing. Therefore, it is important for us to constantly assess our attitudes to determine whether they are positive or negative.

Fault finding nature not only depriciate our own values but also makes our mind filthy. Rather we must concentrate in those activities which benefits us, smoothens our journey to reach the ultimate goal unlimited happiness. Swamiji says here we can change our angel to judge everything that happens in a positive attitude, feeling thankful and gratitude. God has bestowed us with a lot of blessings.
