Hello! Unfortunately, the sound is not transferred to the TV. It stays to be coming out from the phone. But what I do is I connect my phone to a Bluetooth speaker to amplify the sounds.

Hello! I haven't tried it using a projector so I can't confirm. However, please note that this would require inputs for HDMI and USB slots in order to work.

Hello! I'm assuming you're using the exact same product. Did you download the app using the QR code which came with it? If yes, once you have successfully installed the app on your device, you should notice an icon on the same spot where you would receive notifications on your phone (as shown in this video). You can click that so you could see the options.

What's happening when you plug it in? I believe it should work for IOS and Android. Perhaps you should try to uninstall then reinstall the app just to check if it would work.

Hello! The sound will really remain to be coming from the phone. You can just connect your phone to a bluetooth speaker to amplify the sound. Make sure to use the original phone cable as well to avoid the mirroring from stopping.

The only thing is... is it normal that if I try to open Netflix I can only see a black screen? only the sound works but the image on the TV is black ... :c. Hello! I also heard from other users that they experienced the same with Netflix. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to try it because we would only use TH-cam to mirror (since my child watches her cartoons from there). Hello! That sounds a bit different. Though the QR code from the screen should've been same with the QR code in the manual if it came with it. Have you tried downloading it? I was thinking maybe they updated the app and it won't get downloaded directly like before.

The QR in the TV screen should work. I tried it just now using my device (unless you have a different model than mine). I believe there's no other app available that you can download anywhere else aside from the one which came in the manual or the TV screen. Have you tried reaching out to the point of sale to inquire as well?

I'm not quite familiar with the non-MHL devices but here's what's indicated in the description of this product in terms of compatibility:
"Compatible with all of the OVER IOS 8.0 version iPhone & iPad. It works with iPhone 5s/SE/5/5c/6/6 Plus/6s/6s Plus/7/7 Plus/8/8 Plus; iPad with Retina Display, iPad mini/mini 2/mini 3/mini 4/Air/Air 2/iPad Pro."
It also says it's compatible for Android devices, however, it didn't specify the models. I'm using a Samsung device and it works just fine.

Yes. The cable that I bought came with a QR code which would allow you to download the app that works with it.

Once you have downloaded the app and plugged your phone to mirror, you will need to click on some settings on your phone in order to start mirroring that into the TV. I have those steps captured in this video also.

Hello po. Unfortunately, hindi po nasha-share yung sounds talaga by just using the cable. What I do is I connect my phone to a speaker via Bluetooth para ma-amplify. Hope this helps!

Hello! Wala naman po. It should play continuously. However, that happens to me whenever I'm not using the original cable of my phone. Not really sure what's causing it pero in my case po it normally happens pag hindi okay yung cable na ginamit ko.

Hello! Unfortunately, the sound would remain to be coming out from the phone because only the visuals would be mirrored on TV, not the audio. But what I do is I connect my phone to a bluetooth speaker so I could amplify the sound. Hope this helps.
Hi Mam, just bought the same item nasa UAE po ako. Sabi pwede rin siya for Android, pero walang nangyayari pag inopen ko ung QR code hindi siya nagdodownload ng Drong Cast app. Baka po na try niyo na siya with an Android device. thanks

Hello! If there's no pop-up, you may click on the icon that shows in the same spot where you get your usual notification. It should allow you to see the settings there. I believe I showed it in the video as well.

Wifi connection isn't necessary to mirror your phone screen. However, you would need Internet connection to download the app via the QR code.

If it works perfectly on everything else, I don't think there's an issue with the adapter. Might want to check if there's any restrictions on the other contents (although I've never experienced this myself) or maybe try to use other phone just to test and see.

Hello! Unfortunately, I don't have the apk. I also only scanned the QR code in order to get the app. After downloading it you should check your notification section so you could see the app icon and tap it to open for settings.

Hello! Sa Netflix app lang po ba or sa lahat ng apps? If nagmirror na po, dapat lahat ng nakikita nyo po sa phone eh makikita nyo rin sa TV.

Once po ma-download nyo na yung Drong Cast app using the QR code, may lalabas pong icon ng Drong Cast sa main screen ng phone (same place kung san yung mga notifications). Need nyo po click yun in order to choose kung anong action ang gagawin ng app. I trier choosing yung "MIDI" the first time I set it up and then nag start na mag mirror yung phone ko sa TV.

Hello! Usually it automatically converts into plug n play once you've used it more than once (without doing anything in the settings). But in cases when it doesn't automatically play, I just manually click the drong screen icon in the notification section of my phone to make it work.

Hello. It usually happens po when the app closes or "exits". It happens to mine as well. Just make sure that the cable you're using to connect your phone to the TV is properly affixed. Another cause is if the cable I'm using is not the original one.

Hello! It should either automatically mirror on the TV or you could check the settings options manually by clicking the icon on the notification section. However, if the MIDI option doesn't appear among the options, I believe it would depend on the phone model.

I didn't encounter that issue po kasi when I was scanning the QR code kaya I'm not really sure what's causing it, especially since it's an Android phone you're using. I suggest po you ask for support from where you purchased the product just to be sure.

Hello! Have you tried unplugging and plugging? Di po kasi sya nangyayari sa akin whenever I play ML. Tuloy tuloy naman syang naka-flash sa screen. Make sure po you're using the original phone cable.

Is it the Drong-screen or Drong Cast app? If so, it should work on Android devices as well. Otherwise, you may need to check specifically for the kind of app you've downloaded.

Hmmm that's weird because I also have the Drong Cast which I downloaded using the QR code found in the box or on the TV screen and it works just fine on my Android device. I suggest you ask support from your point of sale to confirm.

I experienced the same po so I tried using another phone cable. So far okay naman po lalo pag hindi maluwag yung pag plug-in sa phone. I think that happened sa akin before kasi I was using yung replacement cable, not ung original.

Hello! I think I experienced that when I was using a phone cable na hindi na yung original cable ng phone (nasira na kasi). But when I used my other phone na merong original cable pa, hindi na sya nag hang or nag e-exit sa app. Not really sure if it's really the cable that's causing the issue, though. Yun lang po yung na-observe ko.

Hello! How about on your phone? Are you able to see the video? Unfortunately, I haven't tried using the Netflix app while mirroring but my assumption is that whatever appears on your phone should just be mirrored. So if there's video showing on your phone, it should also appear on the TV screen.
@@SimpliciTine On the phone it's perfect. But in mirroring only the video does not appear.
I just read that Netflix could have some restrictions or might have blocked the mirroring function, therefore, this could be the reason why it's not working fine. I think there are some apps that are doing this also.

Kasi po sa tuwing iscan namin yung qr code sa tv iba yung lumalabas tapos namroblema po kami san namin madodownloas yung drongscreen na app kasi yun nalang po talaga kulang para makapag screen mirroring na kami

Okay lang din naman po kahit hindi pa kasi pwede nyo rin pong ma-scan ung QR code from the TV screen para ma-DL ung Drongcast app (sa experience ko po kasi nag flash din yung QR code sa TV when I connected the device). However, kailangan pong downloaded na ung app and naka set-up na rin para po mag mirror.

Have you tried fixing the settings manually? I think once you click the icon that shows in your notif section may lalabas na ibang options. I'm just not sure if depende sa phone model.

Hello! Ideally, your monitor or TV screen should just follow the dimensions as shown on your phone so you can try rotating. However, if you're using a desktop or computer monitor, you might want to check the settings of your monitor itself and adjust accordingly.

How to fix the delay
Hello! Apologies but I have never experienced any delay that's why I have not tried any fix. I only experienced lagging and I just make sure that I use the original phone cable when connecting so as to avoid it.

Hello! You can download the app using the QR code that comes with the HDMI adapter package

If the QR code that you scanned came from the box of the cable adapter, it should automatically download the app.
Mine got no sound why? Can someone help me?
Hello! Do you hear no sound at all or does the sound still come from the phone? As this cable would only mirror the images to the TV screen, it won't include the sound so it would still be coming from the phone. But what you can do is connect your phone to a bluetooth speaker to amplify.

Hello po. Ano po nangyayari whenever you attempt to scan using the QR Scanner? I was thinking pwedeng i-download na lang directly through Play Store yung app. "Drong-Screen" yung name ng app kasi after ko ma-download using the QR Scanner.

It has 2 places kung nasan yung QR code: sa manual and sa TV screen once you've plugged the device on your smartphone. If both QR codes are not allowing you to download, I would suggest changing your QR scanner app (just to see baka yung QR scanner ang may problem) or contact the shop from where you purchased it from to ask for support.

@@audiemanaois1945 Once you've scanned the code, it won't download instantly. There are steps that you would need to follow before it downloads (you may refer to the step by step guide on the manual that comes with it).
Mirror screen with sound or screen only
It mirrors the screen only. The sound still comes out from the phone. And I just connect it via a Bluetooth speaker to amplify.

Hello! I haven't tried it on laptop. And I'm also not certain if it would operate using a laptop because I think this is only for HDTV mirroring.

Hello! If wala pong nag pop-up, pwedeng may makita kayong icon dun sa home screen kung san nyo usually nakikita ung mga notifications nyo. You should see the drongcast icon there if na-download nyo sya successfully. Yun na lang po click nyo.

Hello! Yes, unfortunately the sound really stays on the phone and it's not transferred to the TV. But what you can do is connect your phone to a Bluetooth speaker to amplify the sounds.

@@SimpliciTine Bluetooth will easily connect to my receiver, but image signal isn't going to TV. Although, Bluetooth connects to the device as to use the HDMI connection; it has the Bluetooth logo.

Pano pong nagla-lag? Pati po ba sa Smartphone eh lagging din or sa TV lang? If continuous yung pag play nya sa Smartphone tapos nag stop sa TV, it could be a cord problem. You can unplug then plug again.

Ah okay. Tapos pag nag lag sya kahit i-unplug then plug mo di pa rin nagiging okay? It happens to me at times kasi. Freezing ung screen sa TV pero sa phone tuloy tuloy pa rin. Unplug then plug lang ginagawa ko tapos okay naman na.

Ganyan din yung sa akin nung umpisa kasi hindi pala okay yung gamit ko na cable ng phone ko. Pero nung gumamit ako ng ibang cable, hindi na sya nagloloko. Napansin ko kasi sa dating cable eh laging nag e-exit ung app kaya nag freeze yung TV screen.
