There was a different case like that they weren't looking they told the man he wasn't the father but they were related, I watch a lot of DNA documentaries etc ,theres been cases where a person has more than 1 dna in their body and they have to test different parts to find it. But the government will not because if gives the court a chance to collect money from a hard working honest man that will replace the payments for these deadbeat dads. There is also by law no refund because the law states he is responsible for getting a blood test, DNA or some kind of evidence to prove he is not the father. It's very sad. I also think these women should face criminal charges. Just like a man who goes into default on his child support and can be locked up. The system is never fair.

I know men who pay CS for children who aren't there's but it's by choice. They raised a child that wasn't their bio child and when the parents split they continued to provide for the child. It's not the issue of taking care of child that isn't yours, the issue is being deceived.

There was a different case like that they weren't looking they told the man he wasn't the father but they were related, I watch a lot of DNA documentaries etc ,theres been cases where a person has more than 1 dna in their body and they have to test different parts to find it. When they look at your DNA you have familiar dna if its close it will tell maybe a cousin they do a different test

I love the fact he still claimed her knowing he’s not the dad that’s what you call a REAL man . This is the reason why i stopped trying to find my birth dad because i didn’t want to hurt myself . I knew i would be hurt for the fact none of my family wanted to tell me when i asked who my birth dad was . Nobody deserves to experience that pain my grandpa raised me since i was less then 2 weeks old right along with my grandma and they have been the only two people i consider my birth mom and birth dad . My birth mom is in the picture she’s my friend on Facebook but i don’t really love her like a daughter because she’s always been in and out my life . When i lost my grandpa my whole life changed i just felt like i lost part of myself I’m still suffering from that but never the less I’m 24 rather i know my birth dad or not I’m gonna always be me and i have parents who love me that’s all i need .
