been using Evaporust on freeing up 3 stuck farmall tractors unstuck using Evapo vs the old trans oil mix or vinegar all those didn't work. But Evapo worked and released the rings as well. I love this stuff and no scrapping or scrubbing just let it soak a day or two and boom. Now all I keep in my shop is PB Blaster and Evaporust .
I hear ya! I’ve also found that a product called “Iron Out” works really well for derusting cylinders and unsticking motors, but it’s a bit more caustic. I love PB Blaster, but I definitely recommend trying FreeAll if you haven’t. I haven’t bought PB since I tried FreeAll several years ago.
@@BareKnuckleBinder a good tractor repair friend of mine showed me a can of that freeall im gonna try it. BTW i got 5 farmalls in my barn atm 3 runners and 2 in process of restoration
this is related to a older vid of the coleman conversation truck. subject is on sourcing rims. I have a kaiser jeep M715, the rims are 9:00/16" with locking ring, also have the bevel on the lock ring side, center is welded in on the inboard side only, theres tons of them available. hope this helps.
Been a huge fan/user of EvapoRust for oh, about 3.5 years now, ever since I first heard of it & used it as u described at beginning of this vid… hadn’t thought of attempting ‘this’ usage of it yet though and VERY VERY MUCH WILL‼️‼️ Of the ‘way-too-dang-MANY’ hobbies/interests of antique, vintage &/or, classic engines/vehicles or whatever whatnots that I’ve refurbished or restored, of my two ‘55 Buick Super 56R Coupes’, the “parts donor” matching Super’s 322 Nailhead, which has been SERIOUSLY seized up for possibly as long as I’ve been alive, I’ve had torn down to small block for oh about 4 years now, on the proverbial “back burner”, only occasionally taking another stab at attempting to un-seize that Nailhead…. NOTHING HAS WORKED! But, I’ll be trying THIS method TOMORROW for sure! Thank you for this one!
Wow that is magic. Looks like you’ll be able to bring it back around. I have a 59 B-120 mine is hunter green with step side 9 foot bed. 2 videos in one day magic too. Thanks.
The active ingredient in Evapo-rust is Phytic acid, also known as Inositol hexaphosphoric acid 1 It works through selective chelating, which is a process in which a large synthetic molecule forms a bond with metals and holds them in solution 2 The active ingredient in Evapo-rust exclusively bonds to iron 2. It is strong enough to remove iron (Ill) oxide from iron, but too weak to remove iron from steel
Any updates on the 1959 international B-120 4x4 with the stuck engine you poured Evapo-rust on? I want to see you break the engine free. Bring on part three.
In future, don't just wring the rags out and add more. Evaporust doesn't lose potency for a long time, and can be reused over and over. Too expensive to waste!
Dude that's nuts, I had no idea it worked that good.
You gotta get some and start dunking random parts in it to get a feel for it. Total game changer!
Nice! Thank you sir.
I am going to try this on my beat to hell 1955 Jaguar Mark VII M

@@BareKnuckleBinderhave you ever tried Kroil or Deep Creep? They're even better than free all👍.
@@twatdidusay304 Yep! I like all three, but for different purposes.
Magic juice in a bottle!! I have no idea how that stuff works but ive used it as well and it works awesome!!

Looking forward to part 2. I think you can get it un-stuck. Then running.
He better not sell Mr Neff's truck with the motor still stuck. Bring on part two!

Brilliant
Try dark molasses (the cheap stuff used to bait deer) and dilute it with water.
I’m a fan of molasses, but the smell when it starts kicking up is something else again. 😂
Evaporust is a great product.
New eneige

You didn’t have to waste the first bit that you used, it will work several times over.., just saying… 👍🔧🔧🔧😎
Hmm needs big block
