London Mayor Boris Johnson speaks to Jeremy Paxman as the Airport Commission's interim report publishes its shortlist for expanding the UK's airport capacity. The so-called 'Boris Island' proposal for the Thames Estuary didn't make the cut, but it hasn't been ruled out altogether. Mr Johnson says a third runway at Heathrow - which is on the shortlist - is a "non-starter" and won't happen "in our lifetime."
