    Finally, clinically approved methods of ways to break free from depression! These people actually help people out not all these self proclaimed self help gurus who use pseudo science and spirituality to fix peoples problems.

      Doing terrible. Things happened and collapsed.
      Partner betrayed while living in our home together. Abducted our new born child. CEO fired me. mentally and physically collapsed.

      Trying little walks and not just staying in,try visualisation, trigger your brain, start taking action even a small one and than more.Very simple actions in your body or your posture.
