Great job on adapting to and learning a more technology orientated position. It looks like days can vary a lot in pace. My day has a lot of numbers and reading in it usually. The opening montage had comfy vibes and was a nice relaxed intro into the busy day. You came across as a cool, calm and collected professional keeping it all together (even if it might not feel like). Nice to see you can keep a balance in activities during the day more often than not.
Yep, the pace varies from busy to extremely busy, and mostly lots of calls!😅 But that does mean I appreciate the time where I do get to do the innovation stuff, or independent research and problem-solving
You look like you have a lot of fun at your job! It's very inspiring to see :) I'm a med student in my final year of studies (currently working in pediatric psychiatry), so it's quite different to your job! But I'm always so curious to see what other people's jobs look like.
Thank you! Loved filming the morning part too. Ooh cooking is a good suggestion- I absolutely love cooking!! I was hoping no one would spot my dreadful attempt at rolling a burrito though...🌯😂
your "hope" is absolute - right ! ...i enjoy (what a "th" ...🥰) we have had a fiat driven -grandmom as a english teacher... so boring but for the basic's not bad ...yes i survive at my london visit's 😁 sad some termin's in germany are not so perfect ...i plan a UK/GB comeback in 2025 with international driving licenes I MUST TRY your brit. traffic concept ...my first steps felt "like looping" in a roller coaster only horse-walk was close to normal 👋🇩🇪
Well that was a pretty intense morning, I’m glad for your sake it’s not typical! You certainly have a managing role with a capital ‘M’. Great experience though, effective management of people, projects, divisions and even companies is such a key skill. You must also have gone through a sharp tech learning curve to be able to converse with engineers etc. It’s all very interesting, definitely up for similar tech videos, that’s if you make the time to vlog it…😊
Very intense morning but good learning experience! And you're right about the technical upskilling. I surprised myself watching this back when I was talking to the engineers😂😂
@@EmmaLouiseVlogs I imagine it's quite satisfying to see the results after all that hard work! Especially if there's been some roadblocks along the way
You're welcome! And in general, after the pandemic, most office jobs in the UK became hybrid, so 50/50 work/office. I tend to do two days in office and that suits me nicely👩🏼💻

I really do love my job...even when it's busy and stressful haha! Ooh sounds so interesting. I bet that's such a rewarding career path😊
Just found your channel, this is really interesting. I like how you’re actually showing & explaining so much of your job
Glad you enjoyed!!🤓
Love this vlog and the detailed look into your job and daily routine! Would love more of these videos, including cooking 😊❤

@3:39 - Separate hot and cold taps, very British!
😂😂
I'm not particularly tech-minded but I found this really interesting!
I'm not from a tech background but have somehow managed to find myself in this industry and it's so fascinating!🤯

Is it typical to work from home in this kind of job? Thank you for explaining and describing your job in such an understandable manner.
