i own a mk2 from 2010 , still looks like a new car.. a lot of compliments from people on the streets ❤ seeing your smile and joy wanna get mk3 next 😅 nice vids ✌🏼
You can run launch control with ESC turned to sport, doesn't need to be long-press for off - wonder if it makes much diff 🤔 maybe ESC fully off for more fun 😄
I’ll have to give this a go and come back to you! It’s hard to have fun even with the traction turned completely off - unless it’s in the snow of course haha
Hiya mate, I've been following you for abit, well done on the boxing by the way! I've got an audi tts 2011 manual, can I launch it? Car fella said take traction off, left foot brake then rev it, but I don't understand how I change gear? Or if its even possible?
At the time, the TTS was quite a big jump in cost - plus, having a TH-cam channel, it kind of makes sense to get a car you can do a few more bits to (not that I've done anything that couldn't be done to a TTS)
@@JamesCF10 would you suggest if you had the money to go for a tts ? Cus I was thinking of either saving more money with a tfsi like yours or spend a bit more and get a tts, if I remap the tfsi insurance will be around the same price as a tts so no difference there but if I keep it standard ofc there is a slight price difference but the power seems nice at 300bhp +
@@owenavfc49 It's hard to say in all honesty. A remapped 2.0TFSI Quattro is pretty much identical to the TTS in terms of performance, but then you're messing around with the TT warranty. TTS resale value is definitely higher than the standard one. Out of everything, just make sure you get the comfort & sound pack 👌🏾

I had a Mk2 a few years back - great cars!
just bought this car, love it. Can't wait to launch it now, great vid!
You're gonna love it!!
Just bought myself a 2.0 tfsi Quattro MK3. Can’t wait to try this, looks sick bro 🚀

Just looking at buying a mk3 tfsi Quattro , wondering if there’s any difference between the s line version and non s line
Just aesthetically (wheels, lights, seats in some case, body kit). S Lines hold their value better too
I love your tt, very good engine
It is indeed 👌🏾
Do you get much tyre spin? I’m Quattro too on PS4 tyres and get loads of spin 😅😂😬
I've had a tiny bit, but truthfully, the traction control light comes in more in 4th gear than it does in first or second!
Yeah any TT with the S-Tronic gearbox has launch control. Even the Mk2 S-Tronic has it.
Damn I didn't know this! I had a Mk2 back in 2014 as well, it would've been good to see the difference
What year is yours? Mine only has comfort auto dynamic and individual. I dont have efficient lol
2016 bro, maybe it's a Euro thing

I honestly have no idea if it's possible on a manual - I'd assume it is, just be ready to change gear haha
@@JamesCF10 that's what he said lol, I just don't get it lol
@@gavinpennington4710 hahah this isn't my advice......but if I were you, I'd go and find a clear dry road and just give it a go 🤣
I need to see it on a TH-cam video lol
Hey, was just wondering how come you didn't just purchase a tts ? Or is it the project you have enjoyed with this car ?

Yeah exactly what I thought thanks alot mate ! 👍
Hey bro, stock exhaust on this?
Yeah completely stock 👌🏾
Great vid 👌🏽 need to get a TTS involved for comparison 👀
1000%! Get it done haha
Calling me out? Owkaay owkaay

Come to Germany and drive this Car really. I get my TT MK3 in two Weeks.
I'd love to
I’m struggling with my mk3, my SatNav is saying I’m in Ingloschtat ever since I bough it, anyone any ideas? Loving the vids btw 👌
No idea with that one sorry mate, DM me on IG and I'll see if I can help a bit more
Safety third 😂 the whips rapid 🚀
😂😂😂 Big video next week 🔋🔋
Cheers pal, I’m trying that as soon as I get in my motor!
100%! Let me know how it goes
Although launch control gets the car up to speed quickly, I would never abuse my 2022 TTS that way.
They dont have a launch control function for no reason haha go and enjoy it (but make sure you've run the car in properly - 8-10,000 miles)
