How do you make the corpse explosion's look like that? Great build guide. Having a detailed leveling section helps newer players like me a lot. Got lucky and bought a Bitterdream for 1c while leveling.

i was so lucky with the nameless seer, I got a headhunter from it. and i was about to leave the map before i noticed him
Not wanting to rant but that's lucky AF. I put 21 hours play time over the weekend which I don't think is little.
No major drops, 2 raw divs and Atlas completed. Finding Void Battery and the Scarab alone is super lucky, not mentioning finding another Battery in the shop.

@@ExiledCat_PoE yes, one that is supposed to be fun. Not fun spending the time and doing the right things and not also having a stroke of luck getting juicy drops.
As you know, lucky drops are what enables us to have meaningful upgrades to be able to do higher tier content.
@@Machinex11 that ain't it. What enables you to have meaningful upgrades is sticking to a strategy and play the game until you have enough money to buy them. Lucky drops are a plus on top that give u the dopamine boosts. Plus, if you have fun -> u play more -> u get more drops -> u have fun. If you're not having fun playing poe then ur doing it all wrong
@@lolliprop8481 yup, but doing stuff at certain times in the league can make or break your bank.

I have 2 questions:
Why do you use Herald of Ashes? Fire damage look like so low
If Blade vortex has no DOT damage, does Cruelty add some to the spell or just increase existing DOT?

Herald of Ashes for explosions (they are good)
Cruelty gives more damage for hits and bonus damage for DoT. Hypothermia is better but I couldn't get right colours on my armour

Im just going to say, leveling with this was a pain in the ass. I died 100 times before act 9. Now that i got the build online though, pretty fun!
Man even with res caps, all the auras, and 90% spell supp I still get one shot by shit. Absolutely have to stay moving with this one or you’re toast
@@YoungsterJoey151 100% have to keep moving non stop. Brothers + ralakesh will make this much more bearable when its aquired.

Best moment to swap. BV is good for acts and at act 5 or at the end of act 4 we have unleash support and all skill nodes for swap

Which item filters do you use?
So what did you do to gear up in white/yellow maps? did you run legions on lower level stuff until you can do T14+'s?
I was just completing the atlas. Farm exp on white maps and do some content like: ritual, experdition and loogbooks

Cold bv is super cool, but a lack of defences is kind bad
"no good loot, unlucky" well about that ... omni and ashes are now uber exclusive(dunno if they change it back)

So I also invested in legion in atlas tree and I dont get what is worth looting in it besides randoms divines ? (I'm at T10~ I get it may become better with red maps)

@@ExiledCat_PoE Playing cleave of rage, havent killed the first 2 quest bosses for voidstone, have like 300k dps on tooptip. But i feel like i dont deal any damage while you are just breezing through the maps x)

Yes, but with my gear its not a big upgrade so i dont wanna use VB for now. And each day VB cost go down and divine price go up so its better to sell VB and if i need it I'll buy it later for 1div=)

cast your blade vortex and use your shield charge for fast moving (charge in to the range enemy)

But every ranged monster i encounter kills me even before i enter the pack, i had move speed boots, with quicksilver and faster attack on my shield charge, so it wasnt too slow

if you are talking about the nameless seer, he is quite rare hence the 3 divs for scarab, i believe he was first introduced in last league so you not seeing him is normal, i did meet him through the mob modifier in this league mechanic, i didnt get anything good from him though.
What keeps me far away from this game is the trade system. xD

Ok 41 deaths on softcore when you are only 90 is a lot, if someone has hundreds then it is not a build but nonetheless I'm giving this a spin ;D
scaling both armour and evasion while playing occultist is not a good idea cause its way to hard to get decent scaling in this side of the tree i would recommend focusing on one of them. another thing is armour can be very much a bait stat because the phys reduction is calculated based on how much you got hit. tldr is unless you have 15k+ armour its kinda worthless and even that is not enough
