These Robbins engines are weird. When you put it in reverse the engine runs backwards. They are built just like any other 2 stroke I’ve rebuilt but I’m baffled how it runs backwards. Turns out the igniter is bad so now he’s waiting on parts.
@@GarageWorx no. They do not offer any replacements. It’s actually a 2 piece crankshaft and it’s pressed together. They do not make any replacements that we could find. Just cleaned them up is all we could do but according to a few forums, that is all that’s needed unless the needle bearings are damaged. They were surprisingly in good shape.
Should make a good boat anchor. Drop a snowmobile engine in it?
