    I think 97% of Jamaicans have a soursop fruit tree in there backyard...I do!😊it's a delicious and a powerful medicinal fruit!💯

    LOVE GUANABANA I HAVE A TREE IN MY BACKYARD BUT ITS STILL A BABY TREE. Is excellent for stomach relief and yes has many benefits. We use it in Puerto Rico to refresh your stomach or for stomach pain the juice is GOOOOOOOOD!!

    We Jamaicans love love love our soursop ,we used the fresh green leafs to make a nice tea,n just open n pop the creamy fruits just like that ,it can be used to make a nice cream with frozen ripe bananas 🍌,it’s super delicious,and remember to save the seeds n try germinate them so you can grow your own( just saying) ,peace love n rainbows 🌈 to you n Cash

    This is lovely. We used to blend this, freeze this in ice cube holders as children, for soursop ice cubes and sit and eat them in the sun. This brings back memories!

    Been eating that ever since I can remember. Picked fresh from our backyard in the Philippines. We call it there Guyabano. We boil the leaves as well as tea and has tons of nutrients as well.

    Here in Indonesia, we called it "sirsak". You can find it easily here at the local market. It tastes sweet, bit sour at the same time, and very creamy.

    Guanabana reminds me of my grandmother (qepd). She had a huge guanabana tree in her yard😍 she used to make "duros" with it (kind of like an ice pop mix but inside plastic bags😄)

    Did you know the leaves are used in Indonesia to fight Cancer as a Tea. Unfortunately a friend of ours was Stage 3 and despite DHL in fresh leaves, he passed away. Try the leaves make Tea, it has a neutral taste. Find the Farms in Hawaii

    I find that she has to consume so much more of an item, just because she's throwing away all the good stuff. I grew up eating this fruit and just a little bit is more than enough, too much is a waste. Did they have juicers in the early days, way back when, no they ate all the foods every bit of it.

    I am of Ayiti descent and everyone in my household loved Soursopnuice. But, I prefer the cherimoya or apple Custard. They are sweeter and creamier. But, I still wanna try that juice soon. Blessed love.

      I only juice when I want to eat the mashed up bits after 🤣 I don’t even usually drink the juice immediately. It’s pointless because most of the nutrients are in the rinds/peels!!!

    I always drink it with the fiber using a blender, you just need the Guanaba to be ripe, the taste is very sweet.

    Sour sop is a juice I grew up drinking with my Sunday dinner in Jamaica; grater a pinch of nutmeg and stir. Boiling the leaves is good for stress.

    When you were putting the guanabana in the juicer, I was like omg I wish that was my mouth 🤤🤤 I miss it, it was abundant in my town in Mexico during the summer as well.

      Yes! But you might have to use a strainer to get most of the juice from the pulp, otherwise it will be like really thick

    Guanabana... You can find it in the frozen fruits section at most major grocery chains. I heard it can give you issues with your nervous system. Not sure how true it is.

    This is one of my favorite fruit I could say it’s number one but I eat it whole no juicing I like the texture and more fiber👍🏼

    Its called ramphal in india in hindi language 🤗🧡✔......looking forward to it.......why dont u drink ashguard juice....that highly beneficial.(high pranic food that energizes our bodies)...plz try that too!!

    Yes, Guanábana and the leaves are cancer fighting fruit. I am from Puerto Rico and we eat them all the time. 😋
