Clem is hyped and Reynor...not so much, thats honestly how I see it. Wardi's voice is all shaky excited when Clem plays and sleepy on Rey. I mean what can you expect from those terraneers...

Clem doesn't stand a chance against Maru in a late game battle. Maru's decision-making, adaptability, and unit compositions are on another level.
That was hilarious how they were talking about how good clem's position was, how good his marines were against the battlecruisers, as his supply gets tore up and then he gg's lol
they do have a point, marines with 3 3 are good against BC if BC count is low, however if BC counts are piling up, marines will get wrecked

marines lose to raven + BC lol. Going BC+tank was an excellent close-out option because Maru knew Clem was just never going to catch up in the viking/raven count.

Not that Clem isn't an incredible Terrain player but to go into this match the way the one caster did especially like its anyone's game is kinda silly. Maru might be the greatest SC2 T and he is still performing at the top of his game.
Dang that 2nd game was on a knife's edge. Love that they were both doing different styles and trying to outsmart each other, rather than doing a mirror of raven viking tank. Peak SC baby.
That was some of the most bias castings I've ever heard. Well played games by Clem. Brilliant games played by Maru.

Maru defensive skill is on another level, when facing maru , you think youre ahead, you are not, and if you not, youre lossing, thats it. Truly a legend, but i fucking hate this guy, he play with the pam face, never laugh never angry, oh i forgot he smile when he nuked himself haha

That was actually insane. The whole time they were just trying to edge in a tiny advantage movement wise. I don't wanna spoil it but marines do need help eventually.

Well, they're European, and they're more familiar with, and watch Clem play a lot more than Maru. It's natural they would be rooting for Clem. but they're casting commentary didn't really match up with the reality of what was happening in the games. They were constantly talking about how great Clem was doing, but Maru dominated this series.
@@MrGouldilocks I guess that is 'fair' enough. But they need to make it less apparent or be smart about it when they are praising their bias. Like praise their bias when they are getting their asses kick is so facepalming.

In gsl tvt's, ravens are the dominant choice over liberators. Harder to control and accumulate but way more powerful. Dont know why the caster asking "why not liberators over ravens?"

Maru was dominating almost all of the time. And wisely switched to BCs at the end. Clem needs to learn a little bit.
It did feel like maybe Clem needs more experience with TvT. Meanwhile, Maru has been going up against the best Terrans in the world for years. Clem did not fight tooth and nail for the air from the get-go. Also, it seems Maru's TvT micro is superior.
