You need to singn on blank paper and scan it in small size, only the signature part, not full page. And then upload it. Make sure it must be showing correctly on form confirmation page.

All the plots sell under any govt authority in UP, thet all are not free hold properties, But Govt give it us for 90 Years lease and take a lump sump amount as a rent fee for that leade period. After 90 Years, you have to given the lease rent for further or you can drop your property to Govt.

You need to singn on blank paper and scan it in small size, only the signature part, not full page. And then upload it. Make sure it must be showing correctly on form confirmation page.

Can a co-owner also apply as a primary owner as well? Means in one application will be co-owner and in second will be owner, is it possible?
Yes, But if one of them got allotment, other one have to surrender the plot and 10% deduction from registration amount
