A low budget 80s style live action of recreation of Deltarune honestly sounds really cool. Like something you'd half remember watching while sick and thought was just a wierd dream.
My brain cannot stop thinking about the idea of Spamton being this random trashcan merchant in an, otherwise, generally standard fantasy setting lol. Honestly a wonderful choice for this 80's fantasy treatment, definitely my favorite that I've seen so far

In some far off alternate reality, Toby Fox is a director who works with Jim Henson to make Deltarune: The Light Warriors, a live action fantasy movie with amazing special effects and puppetry and themes of control and make believe. I'm into it more than I thought.
This feels like one of those Jim Henson movies my dad would put on because me and my sister would be bored while my mum would be away for a weekend, as she was training for her new job. Very nostalgic for me

Lancer is definitely animated in the stop-motion style of The Year Without a Santa Claus, there's an ambient shimmer effect whenever Rouxles is on screen, and they were too lazy to animate Jevil for more than three scenes, so they just flung his puppet around the set for a solid ten minutes.
This feels like the kind of weird indie masterpiece movie that would go completely unknown in the 80's because it was ahead of its time. Probably the same if Deltarune had been released in the early 2000's.

EDIT: Thanks for liking the video but please stop telling me how to make alternative accounts or whatever, I did this video just for fun and I just personally don't want to make any more of these myself anymore. A lot of people have been requesting I do an Undertale version or more Deltarune characters, and while I wanted to do so too, my free trial for the ai art generator Midjourney unfortunately expired, and I was only able to get these images. However, using Midjourney’s generator is quite easy, all you need is a Discord account, and if anyone wants to make an Undertale version themselves, here are the steps I followed to get the images: In Midjourney’s prompt I typed “DVD screenshot, 1987 dark fantasy movie” and then described the way the character looked. I didn't use any of the character's names or the name of the game as I don't think the a.i.'s database really recognizes it. For example for Queen I wrote "DVD screengrab, 1987 dark fantasy film, a robotic queen with a white face, a black visor for eyes, a large blue cap on her head, a blue torso, white pants, and white arms with blue gloves in a regal yet futuristic castle." I did this enough times until I got good results. I also believe you can use reference images for the program to base it off, but I didn't do that so I'm not sure how well it would work for deltarune characters. Then I just put the images in a video editor, recorded the music onto the video and then uploaded it.
Imagine at the end of the movie the screen goes static and it zooms out from the computer monitor that gaster is next to and then it crashes and he looks at the camera and says “I didn’t see you there. It seems our hero’s have reached An end. Then the world was covered in darkness. “
This is like one of those movies you see air on TV while your home from school sick, and years later conclude it MUST have been a fever dream because not only was it very weird, but you were delirious while you were watching it. Then, years later, you unearth it like Clockman or something.
Knowing the anomaly Gaster is, imagine seeing just hints of him in the background of each scene, that skull staring at you from the abyss without you even noticing him while a slight low volume hint of his theme playing in the back of the actual theme of the characters talking as if theres nothing uncommon And nothing happens from that, he was just there and whether you noticed him or not is unimportant.

Yeah, I’m not really a big fan of ai art but I always thought that Deltarune/Undertale would really work as an 80s fantasy movie with puppets and animatronics and stuff like that, and when I saw that other people were doing this kind of thing with midjourney I just had to take the opportunity to do it too. I think ai art should be mostly used to make cool concept art of stuff like this that would be either be really expensive or incredibly difficult for people to actually make in real life, but it unfortunately probably won’t be used like that though.

My theory is that time does in fact move slower in the dark world, however darkners age the same as lightners, and whenever a lightner is in the dark world, time flows how it would in the light world

EDIT: Thanks for liking the video but please stop telling me how to make alternative accounts or whatever, I did this video just for fun and I just personally don't want to make any more of these myself anymore.
A lot of people have been requesting I do an Undertale version or more Deltarune characters, and while I wanted to do so too, my free trial for the ai art generator Midjourney unfortunately expired, and I was only able to get these images. However, using Midjourney’s generator is quite easy, all you need is a Discord account, and if anyone wants to make an Undertale version themselves, here are the steps I followed to get the images:
In Midjourney’s prompt I typed “DVD screenshot, 1987 dark fantasy movie” and then described the way the character looked. I didn't use any of the character's names or the name of the game as I don't think the a.i.'s database really recognizes it. For example for Queen I wrote "DVD screengrab, 1987 dark fantasy film, a robotic queen with a white face, a black visor for eyes, a large blue cap on her head, a blue torso, white pants, and white arms with blue gloves in a regal yet futuristic castle." I did this enough times until I got good results. I also believe you can use reference images for the program to base it off, but I didn't do that so I'm not sure how well it would work for deltarune characters. Then I just put the images in a video editor, recorded the music onto the video and then uploaded it.

This is like one of those movies you see air on TV while your home from school sick, and years later conclude it MUST have been a fever dream because not only was it very weird, but you were delirious while you were watching it. Then, years later, you unearth it like Clockman or something.
Knowing the anomaly Gaster is, imagine seeing just hints of him in the background of each scene, that skull staring at you from the abyss without you even noticing him while a slight low volume hint of his theme playing in the back of the actual theme of the characters talking as if theres nothing uncommon
And nothing happens from that, he was just there and whether you noticed him or not is unimportant.

Yeah, I’m not really a big fan of ai art but I always thought that Deltarune/Undertale would really work as an 80s fantasy movie with puppets and animatronics and stuff like that, and when I saw that other people were doing this kind of thing with midjourney I just had to take the opportunity to do it too. I think ai art should be mostly used to make cool concept art of stuff like this that would be either be really expensive or incredibly difficult for people to actually make in real life, but it unfortunately probably won’t be used like that though.
