When the waitress kindly declines his advances, he gets vulgar and refuses to tip the waitress. Thankfully, all of this commotion does not go unnoticed by another customer who wants to help the waitress in need.

A customer should not be disrespectful to the waiters or an employee worker who are working very hard to have better service. That guy went home and his wife kicked him out of the house and divorced him because of flirting with the waitress and taking advantage of his horrible attitude.
If he had a wife, she would divorce him for flirting with the waitress

A little light-hearted flirting would not have been so bad, I would think. (Correct me if I'm wrong---though I would never flirt because I'm not good-looking and would always be reported.) But no is no, and threats are never nice. Nor is the fact that he didn't tip.

I felt bad for her if I was that man I wouldn't be a creep in that establishment I just want to eat and let her do her job not harass people.
I can't understand it. Why do some people think this is funny. It is not funny at all. I know I sound mean. But what he did was downright rude. I am not sure if he was wanting to come up with something sexual or what. You don't ever do that to anyone in public. You can even go to jail for something like that.
A wise man once said: “what happens in the dark, comes to light.” You can cheat on your spouse or partner, I promise you that you will get caught. You should never take advantage of a waiter either male or female or karma will bite you. That guy is a real piece of work: stuck up, self centered, arrogant, rude, greedy, and selfish. That waitress told him no multiple times when he asked her for a date and that guy paid the price.
He asks her if she has a boyfriend but it’s prying into his personal life when she mentions his having a wife.
And, at the end, his threats show he isn’t sorry and he had no remorse whatsoever.
I did waitressing and bartending for years. You were expected to take that thing and if you didn’t be nice, you were in trouble and fired. That also pertained to some of the d-bag managers. Things are a little better now, but probably not much.
