- Andrew worked his way up from a waiter to restaurant manager. He is now the big boss. Yet he acts more like a nasty commander. His feeling of self-importance took over him. And now, he takes the tips the team makes for himself only.
But one day, the crew had enough. They work hard yet get barely anything for it. So, they decide to stop their services until Andrew agrees to do better.
Still, Andrew stands his ground, thinking that he can do everything by himself. That is until an important diner with an investor came up, and the restaurant had no staff…

A restaurant manager with an extreme sense of self-worth (selfishness) finds himself on the verge of a lesson on the importance of every one of his team members to success. Something worth remembering for all managers, leaders, and basically anyone who gets to work with others, subordinates or coworkers.
We all need to treat our colleagues with respect because they cant be replaced theyre the best we could have amd we always need to show how much we value them

The most beautiful story i ever witnessed
As a former waiter, I can tell you: those things happens all the time!! People who are making the video know what they are talking about, as every scene FEELS like a real restaurant. The actors are authentic, the dialogues are natural and the writing is on point! A lot of time coworkers show up to work and the manager steal their tips, so they have to let him work alone so he can understand the importance of sharing. In the end, Jesus is the waiter, and share love whit all. :D
Andrew is matured for team work as a team managed to scrable their rights and mainly together. Usually common business couldn't lost.
