My number 1 kick to throw! I usually throw the kicks in 3 ways:
1: double same side: use a throwaway leg kick a let them check the kick, as soon as they put that leg down dropping the weight on that leg, I reset and throw another leg kick. Liam Badco Style.
    2. Boxing: I utilize a lot of boxing on opponents so they forget I use leg kicks, but I have to sell them on my boxing first. Throwing combinations and bre sa king their rhythm with my hands. Once they react more to the hands, that let's me know they are not paying attention to their legs. Which leads to number three.
    3. Feint city: overwhelming an opponent with feints so they dont know where the attack is coming from. But it only works if I have successfully been to sell my combos and contact with high percentile.

As others have mentioned, showing the clear fight footage of you actually executing this stuff is insanely helpful. Amazing stuff man thanks! I feel like throwing the low kick to counter the jab is an insanely good tip. Throwing the low kick can take your head off the center line so it feels like a built in slip. The hook into low kick also seems great. I never would have thought about manipulating their body weight as a way of setting the kick up. I've heard about throwing punches to get their guard focused up, but no one has talked about the body weight aspect such as them being stuck on their lead foot when throwing punch combos etc.

I'm not even one percent as skilled as you are, but something that has worked for me, (and I'm sure you've done it), is throwing two or more leg kicks in a row. It seems like most people only expect one, so when you throw two or more it gets them thinking about a third, which will sometimes open up their guard. If I'm wrong go ahead and tell me, because I'd rather do it right, and you have a lot more experience and teaching than I do. I have the utmost respect towards you. And your videos are incredibly easy to understand. Thanks.😁

Great demo .Never did that in shotokan .But I used hard shin kicks to stun my opponent ,then hit them with a hard fast chudan punch.
must remember this demo, also in case of aggro on the street.
in my case the shin kick did not put the guy down ,but it hurt him enough to give me a split sec to hit him hard with chudan punch.
    Great info.

I think if you are only training for self defence perfecting a low leg kick is one of the most important things to learn. Most people aren’t expecting it or have any idea how to defend it, and you can really throw off an opponent giving you time to run away or go full force and finish the fight

the best way to end a fight with low kicks is to keep landing them, I can't tell you how many times I've watched a fight, particularly mma where one fighter was landing them well and then just stopped using them, they were not made to stop by the other fighter countering or checking, they just stop throwing them....wtf....I know in some instances an injury that was not obvious could account for the reasoning, but not in all of them.

@@seanfagan You reply to everyone, i am in shook! This is best Fighting video i have ever seen, you speak of tacticts which i haven't come across anybody else saying it. You compliment it with examples from real competitions and explain them simple but detailed enough. Best tips ever! Thank you for what you are doing!

Very good tips. Thank you very. Much i train for 15 years martial arts. And im a short guy but definitively low kicks are killers i apply'em a few times on opponents bigger and stronger than me and believe me they work really good. No matter how big is your opponent but if you catch him 1 or 2 times that will be enough to take him down and sometimes at the first kick the prey it's all yours. Thank you very much i enjoy your video
