If your opponent plays with one holding midfielder, does that change anything? But in these case, is it really enough to cover two defensive midfielder with just one of the forwards which is whats happening if you let the central forward go upp against the keeper that early.

During a build up from the back, not so much. This would only mean that one of the attacking midfielders would also drop to help with the build up. This may lead to adding more pressure during a midfield press because, it is better counter attacking against one holding midfielder thank against two. To your second question, normally it would not be enough but we are not really covering rather preventing them from receiving a ball. Should they get the ball, there should be enough players around the holding mid to force a pass back, a bad touch, or a bad pass.
I hope this response answers your questions. If not let me know and I would be happy to respond!

3-4-3 diamond vs 3-4-3 flat. Which one of these two would be better for high press?

3-4-3 flat is better for defending in general because you have more with and the two offensive midfielders can move up to shape a diamond as well. With a diamond, you are back pedaling if a midfielder is caught to high up. There is a of course a lot more pressure with the diamond but not by much because you would still need space between the first and second lines of defense. I would say the flat is better because you have pressure from the front three plus you have balance with the three in the second line and the two offensive midfielders can move up rather than back peddle. I hope this answers your question. If you have any more questions feel free to ask!

First of all: Thank you for charing your thoughts with us.
If I were the coach of the opponents, I wouldn't try to play into your pressing at all. You are defending with 3 players at the back against 3 strikers with everyone of your team sitting in the opponent's half. Playing the ball out long to a target man while 2 fast strikers are ready to run into the free space behind the defense-line seems to be a viable way to create problems for your high press, I guess.
Beside that you are shifting very fast to the strong side with one Striker covering the pass to the goalkeeper and another covering the central midfield. Switching the play to the weak side with long balls seems to be a valid way to overcome the pressing too.
    What are your thoughts?
I am sorry for my English. I am not a native speaker.

Hello and thank you for your questions.
If I were the opponents I would also play the long ball and try my luck winning the first or second ball. I see where you are coming from and your thoughts are right on point. The game changes so fast and good teams adapt quickly so eventually the defending team would change to care for the long ball. The possibilities are many and I just try and provide a few and hope to get comments such as this one to discuss the game and discuss thoughts that I didn't discuss.
With your second point, yes, a team can overcome the high press with a quick change, especially if the team has technical players that can play accurate first touch passes. It is difficult, due to the high press but possible of course.
Once again, thanks for your questions. If you have any other thoughts please feel free to share them.
      Cheers!

Don’t you think a 4231 or a 433 with one holding midfielder would be better for high press because most top teams that press high are using these formations

Hi and thank you for your question? It could be better if used appropriately. I can make a video and compare the differences between using the 4231 vs a 433 or vs the 343.
