    The vibes, the cinematography, the music, everything about this is just so refreshing. I’ve been contemplating sakara mainly because of the price. I’m excited to try it though! Thanks for the video :).

    I think you should get tested for food sensitivities. I did Everlywell and found that I was sensitive to 20 foods all of which made me crazy tired and I don’t sleep well and bloat more when I eat those foods.

    Love the review, you guys are super cute!
    Couple of things 1) please don’t use the microwave on the detox as it kills the good organisms :)
    2)the flower from day 5 is edible
    3)this is a LOT of food for a “cleanse” (for the average person) and it appears to be a good beginner detox with plenty of tea ,water, and supportive minerals and supplements.
    4) if you get really hungry, then you are allowed to snack on certain vegetables (maybe fruit too). I know carrots and celery are allowed.

    I could do most of those meals but that medicinal broth and the doughy-looking brown stuff looks hard to get down. 🤢. I’ve been doing their meal plan, two meals a day for 4 days option, and love it so far. Busy New Yorker here, so it def has its perks. I just grab a few additional healthy things from the store, like sprouts or baby kale to carry me for the days I don’t get delivery. I also bought the granola and beauty and detox drops, which are working. Also love the beauty and detox teas.
    I’m used to eating healthy, but also love all kinds of food, so that can easily give way to bad habits, because there’s just so much delicious stuff that’s hard to say no to. Needless to say, I’m getting back on track and chose Sakara because they focus on nutrient-rich super foods, which frankly I would have a hard time incorporating so easily on a consistent basis.
    Cheers to you both for sticking to it. Maybe I’ll take it up to this level one day. I did a juice cleanse in January, and that’s about where I’ve been so far with OMAD.
    Clearly, I’m a talker too, so I’ll end this “article” now. 😂 TFS! Would love for you both to do a review on Sakara’s regular eating plan and rank your fav meals. Ok, I’m done for real this time. Lol.

      It's nice to know someone could relate to the Sakara Detox; we also chose Sakara for the same reasons you did. Going through any diet would be a task of its own but you seem to have plenty of experience already, so I think you should definitely try the level 2. Again, thank you for the comment, we honestly have been considering doing the regular Sakara meals to balance out the food videos we've been doing haha
      Stay posted, it is more than likely we will try Sakara's regular eating plan if not something similar here in Los Angeles.

      One week isn’t really enough to detox unless you are on a SAD diet to begin with. For healthy eaters who mostly avoid processed foods , one week just isn’t going to cute it. I did a 10 day master cleanse and hardly felt any symptoms (other than hunger lol).

    Tip on the beauty water: it's only one dropper per 16oz, so the amount you used was way to much ( I made that mistake on my first day and it was DISGUSTING!! lol) I put 3 droppers in my 32OZ hydro flask and don't taste it
