You look great, Sarah! I have a love/hate w/Sakara. I had 5x/week meals for 2 yrs, then had to stop because of service issues: missing meals, missing deliveries, and worst of all - zero customer service. No one staffs their 800 phones, you are left to email in and hope for a response, which usually takes days.
But I agree with you - the concept is ideal, and for the most part - the food is very good. Nice work on the video!

Thank you for convincing me not to spend the money on this! I feel much better about paying for daily harvest now. Much more affordable and non perishable, you should give it a try. Super convenient and delicious.

I ended up just buying the cookbook opposed to buying the meals. I felt like I could do the meals at home for a better cost and fresher. Plus not wasting packaging and gas from transport.

Literally the first review I truly agree with!
Just got off the 3 days program. And my veggies were turning sour! And I was SO bloated by the 3rd day. ☹️
So sad I’m not a sakara girl 🥺
The company aligns with my views
As I’m a vegan who’s eats mainly raw and Whole Foods.

This program is too expensive for Sour veg. I would have asked for a replacement.

Great video!! I had the same sentiments. I always want to love their food because some of the meals are really good and convenient. However, I did it off and on for a year and a lot of the time I would have one meal a week that was boarder line spoiled where the veggies were discolored and the avocado was black/brown.

I agree! It’s SO convenient and I miss that sometimes but it just wasn’t as fresh as buying the ingredients myself. Ugh, the trade off is hard to decide on 😅

Thanks so much for sharing this! Had definitely considered this meal plan. It’s so hard to find that perfect convenient and healthy combination! Thinking about trying Factor. 🤔🧐

Of course! We just tried factor for a while and their food was good and convenient. It also helped us save money on grocery bills which was great! Just cancelled it though - I miss cooking 😅

I’m obsessed with Sakara! They have food that would take time and lots of ingredients to make and it’s all organic and healthy! I figure I’m paying for the extra hours it would take me to shop for the food and cook it by myself. Plus it’s delicious.

Thank your making this video! I started this week. Like you, I’ve been wanting to try out the meal program for years and finally jumped the gun. The first day I had their soba noodles and salad - delicious and had me full. The second day, I found myself so hungry. I think I do miss having meat protein and will probably incorporate chicken like you did. I’m not set out to be vegan but I do appreciate the “clean eating” aspect of this program.
I tried their metabolism powder and mixed it with coffee. I highly recommend it! I’ve been wanting to cut out my sugar cravings and reset my health. My friend (who is also a new mom) is currently trying this powder to reset her metabolism and improve with the mom brain and all those fun things that come with being a new mom. Again, thank you for taking time to make this video! I found your review helpful!

Thank you Kristina! I did like it just not enough to keep getting deliveries - but such a great option if you need some clean food fast. I need to try the powder! I’ve heard such good things 🖤

You can make those salads at the grocery store also the program is sickeningly expensive almost insulting given there’s no meat whatsoever.

The dish is about $25 and then you need to add your own chicken, otherwise you would probably still feel hungry…?! I would say, it doesn’t worth it… no matter how tasty it is…
