Try this amazing Cranberry Banana Cake which is a perfect Cake with a delightful fruity flavour of craneberry and bananas. This spongy eggless cake is simple and easy to make with easily available ingredients. Cranberry Banana cake has a wonderful texture and a chunks of fruits and berries make it even more adorable.

In oven:
Preheat the oven at 180°C for 10 minutes
Bake at 180°C for 20 to 25 minutes.
In kadhai:
Preheat the kadhai on medium flame for 10 minutes.
Bake on medium flame for 30 to 35 minutes.
Ingredients:
2 cups all purpose flour/ maida
¾th tsp baking soda
1½ cup mashed bananas
¼th cup milk
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tbsp oil
100 grams unsalted butter
1 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
½ cup cranberries
1 tsp all purpose flour

Hare Krishna. Many devotees have tried this cake out and it has come out well. I guess you need to make sure you are taking exact measurements of the ingredients and they are fresh enough. Plus the consistency of the batter must be medium thick.
