Question: If a generator is the only source of power to an off-grid shed, there are no utility feeds, where should the neutral-ground bonding occur? My understanding is you only should be bonded in 1 place, first service panel. I'm planning to supply power to small service panel from the generator but can't quite wrap my head around where the bond should occur in this setup. Thank you in advance.

According to 250.30(A), you need to make the neutral-ground at the generator.
