As a Tampa resident and local real estate investor, I am baffled that Kathy has not had a Cuban sandwich in Tampa! Having tried cuban sandwiches at several local eateries, I have to say the best Cuban was served at a little known deli in St Pete! Would love to take Kathy out for lunch at this spot when she is in the area again!

Excellent show as always but even a little more excellent! I invest in Salt Lake, San Diego and Northeast Florida. All the naysayers that think the US housing market is dead are really good at talking smack, but I don’t see them out there doing anything real… Just a lot of talk! Time will tell, but people always need someplace to live And work

Sounded like james said there is no jobs in phoenix 🤔. Phoenix had one of the biggest investments in US history happen in the chip factory that's being built right now in multiple cities in the metro. Im pretty sure phoenixs job marked is on fire with new good paying jobs being created

I am confused. In the guessing game he said Austin Austin median list price was $620k. Then at about t 14:30 Henry tokd Kathy the Austin median price in 2023 is 530k. Did I misunderstand ?

Austin now has Joe Rogan and all new comedy scene...also tons of homeless...prices aren't good..look it up
