I finally decided to go visit a doctor for my back to rule out anything serious, thankfully it is just postural, and requires some lifestyle changes.

I've had similar kind of problem in jan this year. And doc told the same problem.. Even last year I had severe neck joint pain. Due to that i couldn't bend properly. Take care bhai...
