6 months into upsc prep , i didnt face any burnout situation.. but the funniest was.. i did everything.. exercises , yoga , healthy AF diet , and i put on weight .. then I started facing issues that generally have hormonal imbalance as a cause.. got ALL TESTS done .. doctors scared me as shit .. and there was NOTHING. But yes . A few suggestions for you to overcome this backpain issue. 1. An ergonomic chair that suits YOU. ( you've got this now ) 2. Get up after every 50-55 minutes.. jump 25 times.. and sit again. 3. Wake up and first do stretching - bhujangasan and some taadasana. 4. Must eat at 3 hour intervals , small meals , hit the gym 🏋️♀️ for the endorphins , will keep u away from depression. 5. Intermittent fasting works best while studying in early morning hours. Fasting period 9pm to 11am. And in Intermittent fasting the meals should be sufficient sized portions. Undernutrition is not what we want. BRAIN works best when it gets good FATS 5. Eat Ghee , walnuts , almonds , and oranges 🍊 for enough Vitamins and Omegas. 6. These suggestions works really well. Have tried it during UPSC as well as Thesis periods in the past. All the best 👍
Bhai I suggest if you are facing back pain issue then please go for body checkups may be Vitamin D or Vitamin B12 deficiency because in my case also pain in bones started and found that vitamin D deficiency
daily morning bit of running and stretching exercises karo that too in the park or open space not in the room. back issues sahi ho jayenge else they will keep bothering you, dont compromise health for anything

Bro...even I am suffering from the SI joint pain since last 2 years. I have HLA B27 +ve, if you haven't got this test done I suggest you to get it done. If already done then that's good. It is important to rule it out early because it doesn't show symptoms in the beginning stages. All the best bro! More power to you!
Ankolyisis spondylosis hahaa 1 year back I was in same dilema... after mri and hlab27 result I found it just a Google diagonosis ...can feel the fear....
