I stayed away from LED. screens when they first came out. There were so many LEDs. related weaknesses, problems, and some we still have today that could easily have been solved if factories want it. 1. Light spots, points. 2. Too hot LEDs that burn away the phosphor coating and create purple light spots. 3. LEDs. which cannot withstand 100% backlight brightness. 4. Cold white color which is due to the cold blue LED. bulbs factory uses. 5. Easier to make a thin screen with LED. which means that you no longer have room for good sound! I now use a 52" Samsung LCD.
50" and larger is much more difficult to change the LED. bulbs on. The lcd panel are so big that you can easily break it when you lift it up. Think factories use special lifting plate with suction cups.
@@ford1546 Hence why i advise my customers to avoid the larger screen sizes. 42" is more than enough for most homes, but sadly they see the reviews on TH-cam for 65" and larger sets and they buy them, not thinking about the issues that make repairing them a nightmare.
how many ppl here was watching the kitty for most of the 1st half of the video?
Glad to see someone turning the brightness and colour temp down! I prefer my viewing to be natural, rather than in my face.
@@chrismoule7242 agreed. Some people like it as bright as a floodlight.
@@allenfleckney5969 One of the main reasons why LED. bulbs are destroyed so fast, burns up.

I love that cat can't hold myself. I just want to hug her/him and never let go
Thanks for great video 👍
At least the backlights can be replaced on these older models.
What will happen when the Oled screens start to fail and they will.🤔👍
@@Barbarapape straight in the bin.
@@allenfleckney5969 There may be no other choice, the cost of a new panel
will make them uneconomic to repair.
