Radio Silence at Non-towered Airport Leads to Near Miss

In early 2020, two aircraft approached the same runway at KUDD from opposite directions. One pilot was on the correct frequency, broadcasting his position and requesting a wind check. The other, tuned to the wrong frequency, landed without warning, forcing the first pilot into a last-second go-around.
