Yes worth seeing if you're interested. However, excluding the Pokémon performance, most performances are limited to a little stage in Chinatown. I reckon head to the Pokémon performance 1st which starts at 11am (there's also a 1pm performance), then head to Chinatown's Yamashitacho Park to see the stage performances and walk around Chinatown. There's also Chinese decorations scattered around Yokohama. Will likely be very crowded so you might want to grab lunch at a convenience store if you don't have time to wait for food. Pokemon is too old to perform the acrobatic movement. Japanese lion dance has been seen in 2006 Japanese festival. It is so rare for seeing J and K lion dance now a days.
@@cs2730 if these anti-Chinese Sinophobes continue to Desinicize the Spring Festival by removing "Chinese" and replacing it with "Loonie", it would be best to just call it "Communist New Year" coz all 3 Countries (China, Korea, Vietnam) have Communism one way or another
Timestamps:

This is cool! I’m visiting Tokyo during the 18th & I’m wondering if the hour trip is worth it. What time does this event start?

If you read the kanji later on this video, it's actually translated as "Yokohama Chinese Spring Festival"
