- I'm back with another update of what's happening here in Southern Utah!🗣️This time I'm back in Springdale right outside of Zion National Park. 👀🔥
This little town keeps moving on up! With all the recent hotel renovations, new restaurants, nightlife, and places to shop, it continues to be one of the top places for tourists and locals to go visit. Can't wait to go back and try some of that new food!

Nice to see a community that grows through infill and redevelopment projects, instead of urban sprawl. Take heed: St George, Santa Clara, and Washington
I’m so glad those places aren’t for you
yes but if we built up at all people would have an aneurysm
Slick production!
This is awesome news, Macrae! Thanks so much for sharing. I think I’ll head up to Springdale soon!
Great info/video as always! Thanks for the hard work making these informative videos. 👍🏼👍🏼
Thanks for the info always appreciate the updates.
Thank you for the update!
Pretty cool 😁
You just flew past the multi-million dollar rejuvenation at Flanigan's Resort and Spa. 12 luxury rooms with a world class spa, unlike anything the canyon has seen.
@@CadeCampbell-fv6sh I didn’t know about that but glad we connected and look forward to showing it in the next one!
@@macraeheppler I am very pleased to have the opportunity.
Fabulous
Wow so much growth.
Paradise lost
Springdale is really restricted on growth and i see nothing but paradise here....
Soooooooo expensive!!!!!!!
Used to be a beautiful place, now it’s like a big new city. Sad.
Big new city?! haha the population is about 600 people and it hasn't really "grown" in years. I'm not sure how thats even possible to say
That’s what’s odd new extravagant restaurants and bars and hotels all out of place and a bazillion people on a Tuesday morning in mid May.
You obviously never been to a big city. I've lived in Baltimore, been to Philadelphia, Washington DC, Pittsburgh, Detroit, Columbus, Indianapolis, Kansas City, St. Louis, Denver, Las Vegas, those are big cities. And I visit Salt Lake City every now and then. I live in Provo and that could barely be called a "big city"
As a local LEAVE US ALONE. We can't even staff these new buisness, because we have NO PLACE TO LIVE
I'm a local too
I don’t blame you for being mad. You need to complain to your town leaders about all this expansion. They are the ones that allowed all this
Destruction of people who live in this area, expect 0 activists complaining about colonization of land because WEALTHY PEOPLE can get rid them complaining via bribery of police because of development.
