Caves usually stay a temperature that is the annual average of the area the cave is in, though obviously things like flowing water and air currents can cool the cave down more, or geologic activity can warm the cave up. But no, you aren't "closer to the magma", not unless you went way, WAY deeper than any cave in the world, like the Kola Superdeep Borehole. The deepest caves in the world, like Krubera cave, are in mountains, so the bottom isn't even below sea level, because the cave is over 7000 ft deep, but the entrance is over 7000 ft in elevation to begin with

The first time I saw this movie was when I was 8 and I've loved it ever since. Your reactions were awesome.
It gets hotter as you go deeper underground, not freezing.
I thought for sure that Aaron would being freaking but instead we got Eric losing his $#@% which was hilarious! I love this movie and I definitely prefer this ending instead of the American one for the hopeful ending and crappy sequel. Freaking awesome reaction guys! 🤘
The discussion on this one was hilarious
I love this movie, I'm so glad they watched it! Honestly this is one of the funnies reactions I've seen from them :3
Fun fact they actually used one set for the entire movie, I saw a making of the movie and they used the same set pieces and just kept moving them around because it’s so dark you couldn’t really tell. Saved them tons of money lol
There are worst things than Bats down there, besides Bats are misunderstood thay are great survivors and very family orientated.
Recreational cave explorer, and former caving guide here!
The deepest caves in the world, like Krubera cave, are in mountains, so the bottom isn't even below sea level, because the cave is over 7000 ft deep, but the entrance is over 7000 ft in elevation to begin with
This is for Eric as The Holiday Special was for Shane XD
This reaction just made my day! Especially ALL of Eric hahahaha
I've only just started watching this reaction and I'm already keen to see how Eric deals with this 😂
The crawlers were cavemen they never left the caves and adapted to living in the dark. Genius!!
This is the best movie for Eric to watch right now. 😄
Feel like Eric's reaction is going to be the best.
