After seeing this review and checking out the Formas and ASs, I like these better. I wear 9.5 in normal shoe size (USA), what size would you recommend I get? Size chart goes from 9 to 10, no half size, so it’s either 43 or 44. How do they run? Thanks for helping. Cheers from Honduras
This is a road boot (an amazing one at that, that's what I got them for) and will not offer any protection for off roading. Your ankle and shin are covered, sure, but there is no bracing or stiffness. Get a motocross boot if you're doing any kind of off roading. I fractured my ankle due to bad boot choice and it will follow me for the rest of my life even though it was 100% preventable.
Hi guys, would you recommend this for a end of summer ride through Europe? im gonna start my trip from italy to england, will this be too warm?

9.5 UK should be a 43, unless you are the upper end of a 9.5, in which case the 44. - Andrew
Thanks for the review! What motorcycle trousers are you wearing at 1:15?

Watch my next video on the Rev'it Expedition boot, for exactly this reason. It's a valid point! - Andrew
To additionally wax it or not?
I don't think there's any need. They are great out of the box - Andrew
@@AdventureRiderMoto not for waterproofing but I see on the video that leather is (easy) soaked with water
@@Vjekoslav-vf3hr I use obenaufs heavy duty LP. it darkens the leather a little bit but I actually prefer it.
@@Vjekoslav-vf3hr Mine has been soaked numerous times and always dry well. Waxing would be a good step but it's not essential.
Rode in mine 2 years now, never waxed them. actually i don't think i ever cleaned them.. still going strong. awesome boot
