I do not have a blackberry passport but I think you can bypass it if you are able to turn on the screen reader and find the skip button with the screen reader.
Hmm you need to use the screen reader and click the screen to find the skip bottom because it does not show up on the screen / invisible. Hope this helps

I think you should not connect to a wifi network and instead turn on the screen reader. When you are on the "connect to wifi" screen, you randomly tap and then the screen reader will tell you the skip blackberry id process (even though you do not see it on screen)

I don't have a q5 but I think if you are able to turn on screen reader and follow similar steps, you will most likely bypass bb id page!
If I do the flash software to the mobile then i bypass from that issue?

Have you tried tapping around the screen to find the hidden, invisible buttons? Maybe you can turn off then turn on and see if it can work
