Thank you so much, For those who have BBID lock enabled and don't get the BBID readout, The ultimate solution i found is to simply open the back (see tutorials on youtube) and detach the battery for few minutes, then connect to wifi, reboot and activate screen reader then proceed to wifi page, you will hear the BBID readout

Hello, I woud like to follow your tutorial but on my Blackberry I haven´t this "connect to a mobile Network" Page, do you know what could it depend on?
Well, I have never seen such an error reported, it is odd. But anyhow, the essence is, switch on the screen reader on any page that is before Wifi setup. If no Mobile Network page, then on the page before that. Let it activate and guide you to the next page. When you reach the Wifi page follow the guide.
Please try asking about it in that Reddit group that is linked in the description under the video. I think you may need to autoload the device with the proper autoloader for it to work.
I’m following same steps in my bb p9983 porsche . But stuck on connect to wifi . There are multiple networks but bb is unable to scan any of them and no voice commands
I don't really understand your problem, because as you can see from the video the point is to skip the WiFi connection and have the BBID page options read out to advance from there instead. You should start the screen reader on the Mobile Network page and then go to the WiFi page and listen for the BBID page options.

Usually the steps in the video do not work when your phone had BB Protect ON before wiping. First read the update in the description below the video, especially the autoloader part. i am using blackberry passport as well, it worked for me. don't do anything till you hear "skip" then double tap on right below "connect to wifi" as he pointed out.
i cannot swipe left. if i swipe left it sound ""touch the screen to set point of regard"". or just sounds "bip"".. i cannot pass this software update page :(
Are you sure you have switched off the screen reader by that point? Because it is the screen reader that reads out that message. After passing the BBID page, you should switch it off.
@@husamtech2748 In my case, what I've missed is the 'waiting'. If you follow the instruction correctly, you will hear your blackberry starts to read the texts on the screen which is invisible due to the wifi selection screen. FYI, my blackberry is Passport Siver version. Hope this helps!

You need to go to that group at Reddit that I linked in the description to ask for the autoloader. It is different than the one that they offer at Crackberry. If you seach that group you can find its link. If problem is not solved by the autoloader, check my page because they posted some working solutions recently: experienceshare.net/2022/02/27/blackberry-stuck-on-initial-wifi-setup-solution/ Check the comments. Anti-theft may definately cause the issue, so in case everything fails, go back to Crackberry and search the revelant topic there to deactivate anti-theft.

OK this work only if there is no Blackberry ID on the phone AND this work only on removable battery models, as Q10, Z10. This method doen't work on Q5, Q20, Z30 and Leap

ive successfully done this multiple of times before, but this time i have the stuck on blackberry loading issue with no software updates available when i checked on b-link. Now i dont know what to do
@@Experienceshare. it was an autoloader issue, mine was an STL1 with something like 10.3.1 apprently there is a new 10.3.3 version. I downloaded that one instead, extracted it then plugged it onto my usb. Now it's fine. 👍
Could your record your phone screen capturing the whole process how you get to that point and link it here? Then I can check what actually happens and can suggest a solution, this seems to be a rare type of error, I have no clue at the moment.

Try switching your language to English if you did not do so yet, and restart the process. If still not working, read the description under the video for updates and alternative methods.
Very likely your phone had BB Protect on when resetting. That makes it not work like described, because it is safety locked. You need to try the alternative methods outlined below the video in the description.

You can no more access updates in BB Link since the servers are down. Or you mean something else?
