Yeah mate i don't know why people hate payback so much. Nfs 2015 has small map that is only night they could use "static" lights and make it look better and has a fuck ton of reflection you can't even see the textures :D

Βig Smοke that’s not the only problem. One major problem is performance tuning. You don’t have control of the performance. It like a gambling game. You might get a card for speed that gives you 0-60 brakes but it decreases you NOS...what🤦🏾♂️🤷🏾♂️, what did that have to do with the NOS, I just want to buy the parts. Then the cars for some reason seem to be un-drivable until you upgrade them. Even cars with 500hp can barely break 100mph.

@@keino111689 I know this comment is super late but you people are kinda ignorant about a couple of things. First things first let's start to get soke things straight, this game is based of off Las Vegas gambling has been a huge theme in this game all the way through towards the end. That was the point of it. The upgrading systen makes sense, if you payed attention to what your doing atleast. Some things get downgraded when you upgrade it, that totaly normal, but also some things get removed. Say you had a Nos upgrade before you had the brakes, once you put the brakes upgrade on you take off the Nos upgrade, wouldn't it make sense for the Nos to be downgraded then as you took it off ? Even if it wasn't a Nos upgrade the card or brand was probably connected to it in some way like the exhaust card or the nitrous brand. The cars not being driveable because they are slow os part of the game, you always start off slow until you upgrade, that's again the point of it. Honestly i never understood why people don't notice these things.

NFS 2015 was stunning. It's one of those games, which brings a visual revolution in gaming industry. I'm talking about BF3, BF1, Crysis 1/2/3, AC Unity, AC 1, CoD AW, CoD BO, UC4 - Horizon Zero Dawn(PS4), Drive Club(obvious), FC2/3, CoD WaW, Max Payne 1/2/3, NFS Rivals, NFS MW05... these and some more. These made a history for themselves. Payback isn't gonna just fit among them.
it was stunning because its dark 24/7 and raining 24/7. payback has a 24 hour cycle. so nfs 2015 isnt stunning. it was a job done by lazy ass people.

The underground series is the old gen and 2015 was the new gen game so the graphics are different but yeah i know the setting was the same...

Never played the 2015 but I really dig the night time + foggy kinda rain, it sets a good mood for street racing. Payback is nice but I wish they added rain to show up every now and then in the greener parts and city area to make it more lively. Also tried Forza Horizon 3, in terms of scenery and liveliness it beats any open world games out there. They even have animals skipping about when driving off road in the rainforests, the density of the trees looks very realistic. Sadly it's badly optimized on PC, interesting cars are locked behind dlc and theres not much visual customization.

Only problem about payback is there's no cop chases while free roaming anymore, it gives it that edge when you're anticipating a chase in a cop filled area

In standstill NFS Payback sounds better. But the sound while driving is better in NFS 2015, because in Payback there seems to be a lowcut filter while driving. That's weird.
Payback has the perfect antilag exhaust whereas 2015 has a loud gaming type exhaust so it depends what you like

the graphics are better in pay back you can't say a game has better graphics in the rain and dark 24/7. NFS payback actually has day cycles and the cars loom and sound amazing the way you customize the car to how you want is amazing. I love that they made it story base goes back to NFS MW carbon and so on. overall NFS payback best racing game out

The graphics in nfs 2015 are probably better because there are less cars. They were able to take their time on them. On nfs payback there’s more cars, so it took their performance in graphics down.

The cars on the 2017 game handle like sega rally from the 90's, they need to go back to the 2015 dynamics, they had it perfect no idea why they change it , has ruined it IMO. Shame everything else is so good.
None ProStreet is better than both and has far better customization and sounds and looks very good even when its 11 years old. It has proper fine tuning and handling once you set it up correctly. Wheel and clutch support and working LAN where you can play with others on tunngle or hamachi. Without always online....or shitty microtransactions. You can max out cars easily. There are 76 cars in the game(with patch 1.1 and unlocker) And everyone of them is viable for almost each mode(except fwd and awd cars which cant be in drift competitions)
