I quit smoking and put that money that I would have spent on cigarettes and I had enough saved in three months I got a CR10 mini just to mess around with. Within two months after that I was designing and selling my own light boxes then Igor a CR10s and kept at it. My idea my creation just exploded and before I knew it I had to get two more CR10s they are awesome machines. Here I am a year later I have a small farm going and they have been going practically nonstop and I have learned so much and I truly feel what you’re saying this experience has blown my mind and I don’t think that it’s going to slow down any time soon. I just can’t believe what a transformation this hobby has done to my life and all to the good. I have recently found your yt through your Instagram and have been loving it. I made a captain America shield years ago for Halloween that looks just like yours on the right of the video/screen, the shield 🛡 shaped one, accept without the battle damage. I made it out of clear acrylic, cut it out, used a heat gun to shape it over a garbage can that was round, masked and painted primer, then did my masking for the design, and let the back show the grey primer through the clear acrylic so it looked glossy. Probably not accurate to the movie but I would love to definitely make a better and accurate one. I also did a full costume of the paratrooper captain America attire and m1 grandy belt thingy, haha. Looking forward to more of your videos. You also are really selling me on finally getting a printer. Yadayadayada that’s enough rambling from me.
just got into 3d printing a few months ago... i agree.. its a GREAT hobby!! and a lot cheaper then it used to be and worth getting into! nothing beats the smile of someone you gave a little thing to at work or to someone you know. its been a great experience.. i started by making a DIY CNC machine with a arduino uno and CNC shield and tearing apart old xerox machines for the stepper motors.. now this is my next fun thing.. hopefully i will combine the two in the future and make even better things. to everyone, keep creating!

This is just superb, I've been looking for "is batman a superhero or vigilante?" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Ever heard of - Fenophia Uncomplex Finder - (do a search on google ) ? It is an awesome one off guide for discovering how to create an Iron Man suit costume minus the headache. Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my friend got excellent success with it.

I've spent a hand full of years working as a detailer, so going the extra mile to show your process from set up to final product is getting me so hyped for my Mark 45 project

I'm currently finished with the helmet, hands, and frontal (chest/abs), so I'm getting there, about 40% job is done as I still need to print the back and legs
And you know what? You are absolutely right when it comes to tutorials. They start, but never finish the job and leave you in suspense. I'm working on a project that uses Blender and once I get this method nailed down soon, I'll post an entire series from start to finish. I just need a good camera to document it all for the real live shots. The cameras on both the tablet and the web camera is not enough.
