Very average lounge and poor selection of wines. For the flag ship lounge for Biz class, this is below standard.

for their service reputation, it is disappointment. I go to Oriental Lounge instead of Eva.

Actually it is not that bad! I should say that’s pretty good though…

It’s good enough yes. It’s just that their business class products are so good that the lounge doesn’t reflect that level of standard.

better to have a safe airline crew with great service than care about the "lounge"... that is superficial

Try slumming it in the airport for 6 hours with no lounge and then tell me how superficial the lounge is.
