1) I do not know what you aim for after college. Is it placement, higher education, civil cervices, MBA, etc. You should understand what each college and branch has to offer from people who have studied there. And then take a decision.
2) I cannot respond to so many comments even if you'd give me whole context.
That is the point of the video to help you understand how you can take a decision.

I was also thinking about joining Engineering Physics in Bombay but now I have made my mind for Economics instead.

Is it good and it's placements beats cse students placements .I am getting civil whose placements are not good in iit . And I am getting Cse in top 5 nits .My general rank of jee advance 12224 and ews 1525 .My general rank of jee mains 5902 and ews 676. Yea u can give jee advance again and get admission in IIT untill u are already in a IIT
If u join any IIT then u cannot give jee advance

Should i go for biotech or lower branches in any older iit(i am getting it in roorkee also) or mechanical in newer iits(bhub,jodhpur mandi,etc ).I do not have specific interests and want to pursue upsc in the future as of now. It'll be really helpful if you gave some advice

Take lower branch at IIT Delhi if U want to pursue UPSC...you can easily get a non core job even if you fail like in finance, data analytics, product management etc which pays very high...IIT tag will surely help but noo you can't go in software/CS
I suggested IIT Delhi as it has UPSC coachings just around them

Just start learning java first and solve some loop, pattern questions if you are getting slightest of interest then see furthur cirriculum of cse then choose it otherwise bombay civil

The branch is not bad at all. Industrial engineering has really high scope and placement in USA and really demanding. Coming to the study aspect this also covers data analytics courses such as operations research, etc so good future aspects again. I think this branch is better than civil
