It's my opinion that the Evanuris can turn into dragons and have a dragon they put part of their soul into (like Corypheus). We see Flemeth shapeshift into a dragon but we know she also HAS a dragon (if we drink from the Well of Sorrows).

ALSO (edit) - imagine if we bring davrin on a mission where we kill one of the blighted gods and he's the warden who gets body-hopped into or dies
Swooping is good when Morrigan does it! (I think?) OMG I love that idea because it would be such a great (and horrible) consequence of our actions, but also NOOOOO DAVRIN 😭😭

Also, when Harding first uses her magic in the trailer, you can see the wounded side of her face glow, so I'm assuming that wound and her powers are related somehow Wild theory about the corrupted dragons: the red one was fed red lyrium by Elgar'nan to control, the blue one was constructed with the remains of a dead one by Ghilan'nain and she used regular lyrium to get it working 8:35 sounds like copium to me 😏

I actually think that Morrigan becoming Mythal's carrier makes some sense if you look at it like this, Solas Killed Flemeth, her essence that she passed down with Mythal is completely gone. So instead of Mythal and Flemeth being passed down through the ages its Mythal and Morrigan now
I consider myself a Dragon Age fan, but certainly not a fanatic. All of my knowledge of the Dragon Age world comes directly from the games. I'll admit, I don't read every bit of literature in the game that isn't mandatory. That being said, I didn't understand all of the things mentioned in this video, but I still appreciate it for how deep it goes. I'm very excited for Veilguard and I wish I was able to replay the whole series before playing, but DA Origins is a nightmare to run on my PC, so I'll have to just do what I can. So after the first two trailers I was extremely worried about this game and was not planning on getting it at launch like I did with the previous 3 Dragon Age games. After this trailer my worries have mostly been laid to rest but i am waiting until after the High Level Combat trailer before deciding to Preorder. but im already planning my first playthrough, Qunari Mage with Grey Warden Background.
