  • I was stuck in a bit of a rut with dishes to make out of razor clams, so I came up with something totally new! While I love clam chowder, fried clams, and clam fritters, this is a delicious new way to enjoy clams! Light, buttery, and delicious!

    Another great video. Nice quick refresher on cleaning clams. Such good video quality and a simple recipe with clams. Can never have to many recipes for clams. Thank you for sharing.

      This way is the best ive found - it goes quick once you figure out a system.

      @@BadAshOutdoors oh I'm a huge fan of the scissors. I prefer those smaller ones that come in home barber kits. I also park a bar stool right in front of the sink 😜

    I believe cooking it whole rather than putting it through the food processor would have been best. But, that's just my opinion.

    Breaking your uncooked long pastas in half allows all of the pasta to fit into your pot of boiling water so it is all cooked for the same amount of time. Breaking the uncooked pasta in half also makes the pasta and sauce easier to mix up and easier to eat after it is cooked.

      @@BadAshOutdoors if uncooked pasta is in plastic bag packaging it can be broken in half before opening the package to prevent making a mess when breaking uncooked pasta.
